He called to let me know my tires were delivered and said if I was available they could honor my appointment and put ‘em on today versus waiting 2 more weeks for my actual appointment! Everyone I encountered was respectful and friendly. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to keep me in my new tires!!”
“Royalty Tires LLC offers a large selection of tires, both new and used. Unfortunately, they didn't have the specific tires I needed during my visit. However, they assured me that they should have them in stock tomorrow, so I plan to check back and update this review accordingly.

“Terrance is ultra professional and delivers elite client service …,now, Big O’s is attempting to fix the AC Compressor kit and it has been a two week battle to get the air blowing at cold levels. Terrance has been super patient and informative and willing to work with balky Ally insurance company. Hopefully they get the right part (s) and insurance approval so my truck gets back on the road soon! Ally insurance is trying to nickel and dime this warranty covered issue, but Terrance at Big O’s has been working diligently to get this corrected and properly fixed. Stay tuned”
