“I have to give these guys 5 stars. Initially, there was a mix-up with ordering the tires for my car. My car has different sized tires in the front from the rear, and 4 tires of only one size were ordered, but when the mistake was realized, Dustin went above and beyond to make things right. He jumped into action and got the right size for the rear ordered before the daily cut-off time, which meant I would still be able to get all 4 tires replaced the same day. I did go back home and wait for the call, and when I arrived the 2nd time, they got my car right in like he promised, and it was done within an hour. He was able to compensate me a little on the price since the rear tires cost more and the quoted price didn't match up any more due to the mistake made, he apologized, he did everything right without me needing to say anything. That is so rare these days. Dustin earned my business during a prior visit, after a not so great experience at a different tire store in town, and now I know he really knows how to take care of his customers. I will continue to use this location for the services that they offer, and I highly recommend them if you need any kind of tire service. They have the best, most up to date equipment in town for balancing tires as well. That is why I came to them in the first place. I don't know if any other shop in town is able to do road force balancing, but I know for certain Firestone can not (at this point in time, anyway), and if you have a newer, or high end vehicle, this is what you want.”

“Royalty Tires LLC offers a large selection of tires, both new and used. Unfortunately, they didn't have the specific tires I needed during my visit. However, they assured me that they should have them in stock tomorrow, so I plan to check back and update this review accordingly.

The service was friendly and helpful, which has encouraged me to give them another try. Their willingness to assist and provide solutions is commendable. Overall, Royalty Tires LLC appears to be a reliable option for tire purchases, and I look forward to updating my review once they have the tires I need.”

“Terrance is ultra professional and delivers elite client service …,now, Big O’s is attempting to fix the AC Compressor kit and it has been a two week battle to get the air blowing at cold levels. Terrance has been super patient and informative and willing to work with balky Ally insurance company. Hopefully they get the right part (s) and insurance approval so my truck gets back on the road soon! Ally insurance is trying to nickel and dime this warranty covered issue, but Terrance at Big O’s has been working diligently to get this corrected and properly fixed. Stay tuned”
