The judge is very pleasant to talk to and the staff are just as amazing!

Judge was disinterested in my defense. When he was paying attention he rushed my case. At times he was talking to others when I was talking to him. If there is a time limit on a defense that should be communicated to people. It was guilty, until proven innocent in this courtroom. I worked hard on a defense, never argued with officer because we are supposed to get a fair trial in court, took time off work only to be rushed and ignored in court. The staff was friendly though. The judge and the officer could learn something from Sheriff Lamb’s videos. They could also study the driver’s manual again. (Assuming they have before.)

The staff refuses to give you all the information at the beginning, so you will make a bunch of trips and stand in line over and over. You ask questions and they answer just enough but n ot the whole answer. You'll need to have the persons.original signature on a note to respond. So you go home and get that. Then, you bring that back then its oh no.... it needs to be on this form... excuse me... when I was here the other 4 times asking for what is needed to respond why didn't you give the form needed for the signature then as you know its required.. watched this happen over and over to others. Never the full step by step. One dad came to pay his daughters traffic ticket which they called ahead and confirmed it could be done...but...But guess what it can't now she can come in or he can just pay it online but he can't pay it in person as they told him he could. Its crazy

Fraudulent practices and discrimination happens each time we have to deal with this justice court. Incompetent and rude staff, they also will try and tell you that you don’t have a right to an attorney which is against your constitutional rights as ANYONE charged with ANY CRIME has the right to a public defender if they can’t afford it. Don’t let them take your rights away and continue to LIE!

Currently being maliciously charged for the 2nd time by Pinal County and the good ol’ boys club, who will commit crimes and fraud to cover up for their officers who abuse their power and discretion. I’ve been offered more time to consider “deferred prosecution” 4 times, and have shown exculpatory evidence as a defense to the charge, however was in return told they do not possess the time to review my police reports and court orders from the Superior Court of Pinal County; Family Court. Refusal to dismiss my case regarding family law matters that were under advisement by a superior court judge, and review exculpatory evidence showing due process is absurd and against the Justice Standards for the Prosecution Function “ABA” (Not enforceable however used to set the standard for Professional Conduct;- Standard 3-1.2, which addresses the broad responsibilities of a prosecutor, make clear that justice. and not a conviction. is a prosecutor's ultimate goal in any given case:Standard 3-1.2Functions and Duties of the Prosecutor(a) The prosecutor is an administrator of justice, a zealous advocate, and an officer of the court. The prosecutor's office should exercise sound discretion and independent judgment in the performance of the prosecution function.(b) The primary duty of the prosecutor is to seek justice within the bounds of the law, not merely to convict. The prosecutor serves the public interest and should act with integrity and balanced judgment to increase public safety both by pursuing appropriate criminal charges of appropriate severity, and by exercising discretion to not pursue criminal charges in appropriate circumstances. The prosecutor should seek to protect the innocent and convict the guilty, consider the interests of victims and witnesses, and respect the constitutional and legal rights of all persons, including suspects and defendants.Refusing to review exculpatory evidence is an unprofessional practice that often occurs in Pinal county.Conflict of interest, unprofessional standards and practices, and refusal to prosecute internal police officers accused of child abuse is what lead to this vindictive and malicious charge.

Called today to notify the court I have been late on a payment due to my wife having a baby an the fact we're at the hospital, lady AKA "April" on the phone was snerky an rude didn't take note of why I was late on my payment toward my case or anything. Just told me I'd be fine an hung up on me. Very unperfessional. You people tell us to call if any issues araise b,put no effort into the fact some people are just trying to handle there business honestly.

I will say this new judge they have is way better then the last one. They have been helpful when I call. However they just have you keep coming back for stupid reasons. I was told I'd meet with the prosecutor and the judge just moved my court date again to meet with the prosecutor . I don't have time to keep missing work to wait for a hour to be told to come back next month. I could have done that over the phone, but if you miss the date your in trouble. I'm giving four stars, because after all this is a court house and they aren't meant to be nice or treat people with respect. IDK it sounded good.

Well the guy on the phone did not give his name and was very reluctant to give me any information on my case period. He would only say to come to open court on Friday morning. Very rude and not very helpful. This must be another kangaroo court that is only hungry for money. I have lost most all respect for the justice system and our laws. Why have a constitution if individual states don't want to follow it?
