I went in to get a cash advance and the transaction was declined but there merchant put it on a hold pending transaction so now I have to wait until the transaction is expired to get my money back in my account and they said that they can't help me complete the transaction or cancel it so now I am waiting for the transaction to expire when they could have completed it or cancel it stupid don't use this bank boo boo

The employees are friendly. When I first opened my account the woman offered me over draft fee protection. So I thought cool. I accepted. She said that if I didn't have enough money in the account they would cover it til I get in the next day or two to take care of it. She said nothing about acurring fees that very same day for not putting the the money in the acct by the end of the business day. So until I caught on to there money maker i was paying big. They wouldn't waive those fees. So until I went in there asking about the fees again someone finally explained the overdraft protection fee to me, (which was different from what the person told me from when i opened my acct.) they would of kept taking more money and bouncing my acct again and again. Then with the switch over to First interstate, i still have not received my new debit card. I went in the bank yesterday and explained that I haven't received it, they told me they were out of cards. I'm very upset about the whole thing.Dissatisfied Customer

You open and close at the same hours the rest of us work and you're not open on the weekends. How the hell are any of us to supposed to get the most basic of tasks done at your bank without taking time off? Great Western was atleast open on the weekend.

Not open Saturday anymore and not open late 1 night a week makes it hard for those of us who work in the city to do walk in business with them. They need to be open 1 night a week to 7pm.

I have a business bank account with you guys. I’m however not very happy with you. Nothing showed in account from $70 promised in refund of overdraft fees. I’ll give it a day. Thank you. I know your bank has rules and you need to go by them. Not upset at any of you. I am a bit disappointed in Bank itself though. I had fraudulent charges from Apple go through my account if over $400. I disputed it only to hear the bank say I need to dispute it with merchant. I contact Apple and they said there wasn’t anything they could do. I’m now pursuing an android phone. I left my bank alone until dispute is over (I have a different bank account with another institution) and I see 4 charges from mdg Leaving my account negative on a weekend, which those charges were supposed to go through on a Monday. I send money to the account same day to cover negative balance before 8pm. Then I’m hit with $140 in insufficient funds fees and told that 4pm was deposit cut off time instead of 8pm (most all banks are 8pm). I don’t 100% trust the security or respect your bank has for its customers anymore. I will keep using you only to process checks because I like the staff but I do not like the Bank! I always feel welcomed here and the staff bring a smile to my face every time. So glad I started banking with them and felt so relieved to ditch wells fargo. I am always surprised at how fast and thorough they are with service. 10/10 would recommend.

Honestly, I love this bank. I love all of the employees. They’re so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Once, after leaving there my son asked “Is that girl your friend?” He asked because she was so kind and friendly. He said we were talking like we are friends. Truth be told- it feels like we are! The staff is incredible and I enjoy my trips to the bank because of them.

I own Specialized Pest Control and I wouldn’t trust any other bank to handle my money. Great Western Bank has been the most friendly bank in Maricopa. They don’t have a drive thru atm which bites but they are friendly and courteous. They do have a drive up window during open hours and 24hour walk up atm. Not the greatest neighborhood around it but it’s improving. I won’t change banks. I’ve had every bank in town and non holds to the level of customer service great western bank has. ??

Although I do not currently bank here, I was pleasantly surprised at how kind the staff were... they were down to earth people & seemed very knowledgeable... I was offered a checking account or savings as an option... but it did not feel like a high pressure sale... I am happy with my bank, & only visited this location for a friend, if I ever have a bad experience with my bank, this would be my first choice for an alternative
