Do NOT sign up for the monthly plan. They will not cancel it on location when requested. They make you go through the website that forces you to add lots of personal information just to cancel. Its a car wash, not a bank account! Employees try to be helpful but the owner's policies are designed to be difficult for the customer.

I went through the Casa Grande locationon 11/4 and was asked to renew by the kiosks. Didn’t understand why since my membership is automatically withdrawn. I put in my card got the receipt. On 11/6 I see a charge for $24.99 as well as my $19.95 charge I’ve had for years. I went to the casa grande location for a refund of the $24.99 and was told they don’t do refunds per corporate for membership issues and to go to the website to request. This is getting ridiculous.

If you want to get your car WET then come here. If you want your car WASHED then go somewhere else. I have a white car that clearly shows dirt when it's missed and this place leaves 50% of dirt behind. But nobody here seems to care. I went to the other location but unfortunately it's the same issue. Car wash I had in gilbert area did not have this issue. Also, I was charged $9.99 and $29.99 the same day I subbed up. Machine said $9.99 first month. When I went inside there were 2 people escalated the same issue. Employee said He can't do anything. It's a known issue and they do NOTHING to resolve the issue.

$20 for a car wash that didn't even clean my entire vehicle. My whole front bumper still has bugs on it that can easily be wiped off however there machines fail to touch the front of my SUV. The attendant was great and put me through the machine again, and again my car is not entirely clean. I have pictures after going through the wash where there are dry dirty spots on my SUV that were never touched by the machines. I will NEVER use this company again. Look at your SUV or cars front bumper after going through the wash.

Having a lot of problems with their pay stations.Seems like every time I go it says that my account is invalid and I need to renew it even though I did it a week before. The one over by Dutch Brothers has fallen into disrepair. I paid for tire shine and it's always broken. Vacuum hoses and missing nozzles are not working. Wishing there was another act in town that we could use.

The wash did a pretty good job. I had a ton of bugs from a road trip and it cleaned all of them except stuck on ones on the front of the car. It was fast and efficient!

I visited Fast and Friendly car wash in Maricopa on Monday July 24th. I was told by the manager on site that a brush came down when it wasn’t supposed to which led to my cross rack being lifted up and bent. I have visited this car wash before and never had an issue. When talking to another manager on the phone he informed me there was nothing they could and would do. I was left outside with soap still all over my car, a bent cross rack and only a 9 dollar car wash credit. I was extremely disappointed by their costumer service and the time and headache this has now caused me. I am supposed to leave on a road trip with my family next week but am stuck trying to get this problem fixed and payed for with no support or acknowledgement from Fast and Friendly.**UPDATE**I contacted Micheal (Regional Manager). He was extremely helpful. He apologized and worked hard on helping us fix our cross bar so we could continue our road trip. I was very impressed with his follow through and felt that this was the companies intention all along. It was just misguided in the beginning. Thank you Micheal for addressing our issue so quickly and timely. We really appreciated it.

My first time there and I was treated to a free car wash! You can't get better customer service than that. Of course it didn't hurt either that the car looked great after the wash. The way costs BTW are lower there than competing wash facilities but to be fair they don't have a staff that is cleaning your windows by hand or thoroughly drying it where the wash doesn't. Extra staff and services naturally drive your costs up.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Would never go back or recommend. I asked if the bird dropping would come off and was told if it doesn't just go back around and they'll let you go through again. I drove up to the kiosk again and noone was there. I waited since there is no call button and honked my horn. After 7 minutes I backed out of the drive through. That is the last time I will ever go there. Do not bother responding back asking me to email some guy Michael, too late for that.

Pulled off some molding of my vehicle and was informed it would be fixed. Was called my another mgr that nope nothing will be done… well a discount for one month on A CAR WASH I CANT USE. Very disappointed especially since my car is only a year old.

750 pm about to start vacuuming my van. Grab the hose. They were off. Check multiple ones same. While at least the outside some what clean. I'm glad my membership is with the superstar car wash. If anyone else wants their money worth. Come on down to superstar car wash. My family plan for two cars is 45 a month. It's the most expensive one, too.

If you have bugs on your car, don’t bother coming here. They used to have a mops that you could “pre-treat” the bugs with before you went thru the wash and that worked really well. Those are gone now and getting a wash here with a dirty vehicle is basically a waste now. The staff is friendly however and the vacuums work great. If you just want to keep your car shiny, this is the place, but if you need bugs gone it’s best to go elsewhere.

I'm done with this location. They got rid of the bug brushes, so you can't clean your bumper or windshield. Manager's Special has gone from $10 to $15 since it opened 2 years ago. The washing tunnel is completely anemic... like all the equipment is running at 30%, so the truck basically gets wet, but not clean. Save your money and hand wash it, or spend more elsewhere and get a properly cleaned car. Very disappointed.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Firstly, washes are too quick and leave bugs and dirt on your car even when getting the higher priced washes. Their rollers scratch your paint in places. If you sign up with your phone to receive texts and get a discounted wash it automatically signs you up for a monthly plan. Thought I was just giving my phone to get texts, not a monthly membership. The terms and conditions are flashed in front of you for a second or two, are unclear, are hard to read and understand while waiting in line with several vehicles behind you. It is not clearly posted or stated that you are signing up for a monthly plan, but hidden somewhere on a long terms and conditions statement on a screen that is hard to read in bright sunlight. This is deceptive and dishonest. Was charged on one card twice for 26.99 and then an attempted charge on another card that was used previously. Can anyone say scam? Stay away and go elsewhere. Will be reporting them for these practices. After enough complaints are filed maybe something will be done. Will be washing at better places in Chandler.
