This is the rudest nail salon I have ever been to. I specifically made appointments for my mom and I so we wouldn’t have to wait too long, my mom is 89. We showed up 5 minutes early, the guy asked “what you want” I told him we had appointment. He told us to “sit” and he never looked at us again, not one employee acknowledged us for over 35 min and not one of them was close to being done. Needless to say, we left, will never go back!

I went into get a fill on my nails. There is really only one person that they have that works on nails acrylic that is. So sometimes they will book more than one person to come in for nails. I came in at my scheduled time and no one was on there getting there nails done. It was okay at first then more people started coming. He proceed to rush my nails then since more people started coming in for their nails. He didn’t do my fill correctly there was gaps and I could see my nail underneath. When I told him to fixed it because I could see my nail and look sloppy he then blamed me and said it’s because of my fat nails. The bigger they are it’s hard for him to do. I told him you did it before and had no problem. He agreed and said I know but continue to complain that they were too fat and makes it hard for him to do. So if you have wide or
Fat nail bed don’t come here. He will do them and rushed them and blame you for it. My nail paint job was terrible. Will be going else where to get my nails done.

This was my first time here. The staff was very nice. They did a great job on my nails and feet. It’s a little pricey but I’m pleased.

Nina,Kevin & Holly are all terrific. I use Nina for pedicures and she is excellent!
An excellent place for manicures and pedicures.

So I took my mom and myself to this nail salon on Friday 4/12. First of all,, the staff were, very pleasant and friendly which I really appreciated cause my mom is 89 years old. Kevin worked on my mom, he was very gentle and caring, made sure my mom was comfortable while working on her. Holly did my pedicure and she was awesome, it was the best pedicure I ever had, will definitely go back. Tina did my mom's pedicure, very gentle and kind. Nina did my eyebrows , she did a wonderful job, perfect!!! I encourage everyone to try this salon, you won't be disappointed. I recently moved to Maricopa and was going into Chandler to get my nails done, but I wanted to go local. After several attempts I found the best salon in town. I couldn't be happier and I've received so many compliments Thank you to all the staff!!!!

I love going to get pedicures here with my mom. They always are able to get us in together side by side so we can visit with each other. The service and quality is excellent! Definitely worth the money.

I went in today with no appointment and was seated for my pedicure with in 15 minutes. Nina was my nail tech and did my pedicure. Nina did an amazing job! My experience was extremely relaxing. I will be going back!

So... just got home after not even getting my nails done. want to know why? i called 2 TIME PRIOR to ask if they have availability for me. the 2nd call i asked to be PUT DOWN FOR 4:30. AS IN I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. i get there, they tell me to pick a color. i do. i pick a design, they say they cant do it. NO PROBLEM. i pick another design after i got asked after 40 minutes. they say cool we can do that. i sit there for another 20 minutes. they help 3 ladies who came in after me that didnt have appointments and start their service. normally i would be fime with it. but no, i was waiting for an entire hour so i just ended up leaving. dont go here unless you want to wait for over an hour after you have an appointment! :) thanks guys, you were a lot of help!!
