“This place is great. I come here often for basics like toothpaste and toothbrushes, which you can buy as name brand items without paying half of what you would in a big box store. Obviously, the items are smaller, but who can complain when you save so much money? We also come here for the seasonal gnomes. Every month, they have a new gnome, and it's always the highlight of my husband's visits. This is also great for stocking up on nail polish or travel toiletries. Also, they remodeled this past week! It used to take awhile to get through one or two lanes but now they have self checkout! And the store looks great. There are still some areas for improvement like sweeping during the day, but it's never trashed. There are always associates available--stocking, cleaning, or ready to help customers.I'm glad this place exists in this small town because it's just fun to walk around. My only complaints are that the aisles are narrow and that the front end of the store gets extremely hot when the desert sun filters through, but otherwise is a good experience all around.”

“I find this little store to be of great value to our area. Since new management has come to this store within the past year it is now Very Clean and well stocked. A great improvement over past years. Very friendly and helpful employees as well. Thanks Dollar General.”

“This is an interesting store. You can't really call it 99 Cents Only since nothing in here is 99 cents--like like $5 and up. Half the deals don't really make sense, and each aisle reminds me of a different decade. Some everyday items, like cheap shampoo, you can probably find fit a better price elsewhere, but the food had some better deals than Walmart. I guess it really depends what's on sale and what you're looking for. There are some fun novelty items though, and the party aisle, along with the pet aisle, are pretty big. Excluding organization by aisle, nothing is organized in this place. Everything is just kind of stacked on top shelves with a price tag here and there, and you can try your luck with finding unusual items, which I guess can be pretty fun if you're seeking a disco ball and bubble blower. The real surprise for me was the produce section (I really didn't expect that) and for what they offer, it's really not bad. At least the food seems fresh. Customer service was nice. Even though the lines were long, the cashiers were active in engaging customers and trying to shorten the lines through speedy work and a kind word. The store itself was clean, if not very cluttered and a tight squeeze.”
