The manager at the store is very generous and very kind and helped me resolved my issue.

Not happy with their customer service. I was told to call customer service to resolve a phone issue. When I called customer service, there was a 60 minute wait time. This company is not customer service oriented.

Young man held my phone since we lived out of town and nobody else had what I wanted! Good customer service but felt like I was being sold stuff I didn't need or want!
