$4 just to print out a pre-paid UPS label at a UPS store is absurd. It’s a sheet of paper.

This is my closest UPS location for almost 4yrs and you can tell customer service is going down hill. Today was extremely disappointing and frustrating to say the least. Walked in today and could tell the cashier was just already over his job the way he looked at me. As soon as it was my turn you could tell he just wanted to get the transaction over with. I asked about printing a label since I mentioned the young lady last time told me I don’t need to write anything out since they can print out labels that are already in the system. He asked for my ID which I left in the car for a moment no one else was there let him know he can weigh the small envelope in the meantime if he’d like came back. He was just rude the entire time… I kindly asked if I may borrow some tape to seal the envelope opening he said he’ll do it. So thereafter while I was signing he just taped the top and not the sides as I requested. So then I asked if I could borrow the tape since the destination for my item it’s raining there. He said “normally we would charge but I didn’t” I thought he was talking about the tape but he said about the envelope I said “oh ok thank you I appreciate that” his response “oh sure you do” in a rude tone. He then said he would take care of the sticker and I said no problem I’d rather make sure my item is good and he can help the two younger ladies behind me if he’d like. So then he annoyingly put the sticker on my envelope and threw the envelope behind him on the counter. As I was walking out the two younger women stopped me to ask if I was doing OK and apologized to me as they noticed how he was being rude to me and I let them know that while I understand, it’s the end of the day I appreciated them for acknowledging what he had done and they also noticed him being rude.
I went back inside a few minutes later to ask him how his day was going because I actually thought and being in customer service for over 18 years myself how we don’t have perfect days, however it should never be about being rude to a customer or showing that you’re annoyed. His response was saying that he’s just tired, and he has nothing to explain to me about. He doesn’t have to explain himself which I completely understand and I was doing my best to let him know that I’m actually asking about his day and he was letting me know that if they lose a customer, it’s no issue, and I let him know while I was walking out again it’s not about losing a customer. It’s about being genuine. He had then said something else, but I didn’t hear him, but it was REALLY disappointing to know that the customer service is being shown as such, especially in this area of town as well. I hope Mr. Adam Kraft or any other upper manager will seriously take this encounter with Marcos into consideration and take the correct course of action for Marcos for my experience and how employees should all treat their customers with respect and kindness, no matter what. I personally know other family members who are mangers in the Tucson area that own UPS stores and will be speaking to the DM about this encounter as well.

Everyone there is always friendly and efficient. They make sure they have enough staff to attend to all the customers without an extensive wait

UPS sucks. They don’t know the meaning of customer service. What can Brown do for me? Give me a hard time and make my life more difficult.

Worst service I've ever seen. Went in to address my amazon return, the manager (if you can call her that) acted like helping someone was a waste of her time. Then told me UPS wouldn't take the return because it was in the original box, rather then offer to maybe sell me a box to use, she just started playing with her jewelry like she didn't give a crap about making a sale. Horrible manager, no concern for customers just there to get a check.

Customer service is horrible at this location. It is absolutely worth driving a little farther to the location at Ina Road and La Cholla. The Thornydale location wants to charge you $2.38 to print out a one page label. No shame in their game.

I received such great customer service from Austin. I went in for a notary and hadn’t already filled out the whole form and he patiently waited until I completely filled the form out before I signed. I didn’t feel rushed nor like a burden and was able to take my time. Great job!

Generally this store has nice employees however, there is a terrible sour smell almost every time I walk in. It’s so putrid I no longer want to come. Which is sad because I really love the girls that work here. The owner should have the store checked for mold or something.
