I love UA products and this review is about the location not the gear. We purchased a pair of running shoes for my son before school, to run in, within one month the rubber on the bottom starting to come off. No big deal, right? Stuff happens. I take them back within 30 days of purchase with a manufacturer defect, emailed receipt but no box. These shoes were dirty from running, in the dirt (we live in the desert) but the tread was brand new. Not even scuff marks from dragging the heel on the ground. All I wanted was an exchange, or equivalent. Just needed UA to stand behind their product. The manager straight up lied to me saying they “ensure every athlete knows to hang on to the box for this exact reason and she can’t take them back as they had been clearly used.” Well yea, for a month. Why would he not use them? I have purchased many shoes from UA and not ONCE was I ever told hang on to the box just in case of manufacturer defects. UA’s return/exchange policy clearly states 60 days. The manager was rude and condescending. I even called UA customer service and I was told there should not have been any issue with an exchange. This location used to be the place to go, now you’re treated like an inconvenience.
