This storage facility constantly increases their monthly rates. Thought I'd use it for long term storage but in 18 months, I've had 3 rate increases. There are better options nearby. Check those first.

I'm moving out of state, choose this location to pick up my trailer. Kyle and his bud were amazing. Excellent customer service. Helped me with my every need. I highly recommend them!!! Thank you both for making my move so easy!

I was very happy with the service. The unit was clean, Kyle set it up to my truck and made sure everything was attached safely, until he detached it. Great experience and value. If I need a trailer again I'm going there!

I saw that the average BBB rating for the UHAUL - 7701 N I-10 EB Frontage Rd, Marana, AZ 85743 is 1.07 stars out of 5, and that was from almost 500 review ratings!And their Google rating was 3.7 stars out of 5.Well let me add to it!!I drove up to the Propane Filling station and followed the orders on the sign to push the Button for the Buzzer. After 15 minutes of waiting, I went inside to find no other customers there and 3 employees behind the counter. The two older employees (1 man, 1 woman - about 50 years old) were working on computers and a young girl (about 20 years old) was sitting at a desk with one leg draped over it.I mentioned that their Buzzer must not be working and nobody responded. I then asked the girl for some help in getting propane. She went into the garage to ask the worker there to fill my propane tank and he said it would be about 15 minutes as he was busy.The girl told me if I didn't want to wait, I should go to Tractor Supply next door as they have propane as well.Simply amazing that my money is not important to that U-Haul site.And this was not my first bad experience at this particular facility.Actually very sad....shame on the owners.

Incredibly disappointed with the service. We had a reservation to pick up a truck and when we showed up to get it, the guy at the counter was very combative about the fact our pickup location was wrong and we didn't believe him. We showed him the reservation confirming it was booked for Cortaro. UHaul changed our pickup location without a phone call or an email, they simply sent an auto-generated text that starts ranting about nonsense covid surveys we need to complete before pickup. Lo and behold, the updated address was in fact embedded in that text however there was no call out that the pickup location had changed. Pretty important information to notify your customer of less than 24 hours before they are getting equipment. Oh and the movers we prepaid for on UHaul's contractor list charged us $500 for a move they cancelled/continued to reschedule so we hired people off Craigslist in the 11th hour. Still working on getting refunded for movers that never moved us and a truck we're yet to receive. I guess good help really is hard to find these days.Sincerely,I hate moving
