Moved here from California a few months ago and needed to find a new hair salon. My hair is very fine and was in desperate need of a cut and color. I was very impressed with the salon. It was very clean, bright and everyone was friendly. Most importantly my hair came out great. I highly recommend!

When scheduling my appointment the receptionist was very friendly. I told her I wanted to book an appointment with someone that was good at blending grays and that I needed a good blowout style after as I was attending a wedding later that day. She assured me she had a great stylist and scheduled my appointment. Let's just say it didn't go as planned. Stylist was kind and friendly but as they were blow drying my hair they seemed to be rushed. Just drying it out...no "blowout." Then they said they were done. I was confused. Before I could even grab my jacket and bag they were in the lobby getting to their next appointment. No style was done just dry frizzy hair. I then told the receptionist what I was told I was going to get a blowout or at least some sort of style as I had a wedding to go to and requested when the appointment was made. She then spoke to her manager who then needed to text the owner to ask. It was all so embarrassing that all these steps needed to take place to get what I was requested during the initial appointment. I just wanted to leave at that point. The manager did curl my hair but never spoke to me. I felt like it was all my fault or something. Not the best experience and the overall color wasn't blended instead just big chunks of color. Unfortunately I won't be back and won't recommend to new customers.

What a GREAT experience I had at Salon Blonde yesterday. Daniel is just fantastic! My hair has never looked or felt better. The highlights are beautiful and he matched my existing base color exactly. His attention to detail and precise cutting technique ensured perfect layers — everything is smooth and blended. I just love my hair and will be back for more!!!

Yessenia was amazing! I have really long hair and she did an amazing job layering it exactly how I envisioned it! The consult was great and detailed as well! The salon is really nice and clean and the staff is very friendly!

The worst salon ever. Such a rushed job. Unprofessional. I asked for a balayage and they gave me the worst hair streaks ever it does not look blended nor natural and now I'm stuck with horrible looking hair. Fortunately I scheduled at a different salon to fix the damage. I highly do not recommend this place for color they do not know what they're doing and I've been getting my hair done professionally for years! Please go somewhere else that's reputable and actually worth your money.

Best salon in the Northwest side! I get a haircut with Daniel every 3 months and yes I look forward to him washing my hair and styling it. They have complimentary water/ soda which is great because I tend to forget my water bottle at home. The salon is very clean and trendy. Prices are very reasonable and I've been a client since 2023.

Had amazing service today. First time at the Salon and Mel did an amazing job. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She did an amazing job with a partial high-light and Glaze. Haircut and style was exactly what I was looking for. If you're looking for a great hairstylist I highly recommend Mel. I've already received great compliments.

I asked my stylist to give me an angled cut and put a lot layers in my hair. She just gave it a slight trim and straightened it. There was barely any hair on the floor. She told me layers wouldn’t look right at the end after it was styled. My hair is thick and curly and once I washed it, it looked the same. I basically spent $84 on a slight trim and straightening job.

Scheduled a hair cut and a glaze, then cancelled the hair cut because I couldn't afford both this month. I was told over the phone that the glaze would be $37, which is also what is listed on their website for a junior stylist. After I get my glaze done, they charge me $75 - double what I was told the glaze would be and only a few dollars less than when I got both a cut AND glaze when I went the time before. I wasn't going to sit there and argue with the receptionist, so I figured I'd call the next day and sort it out with the manager. Well, the manager, "Ellie" (if she actually exists), refused to get on the phone or call back after trying three separate times to get a hold of her. The receptionist kept saying "She'll give you a call at 10", 12pm no call back. "She'll be in at 2", 3pm no call back. Then just admitted the manager was blowing me off and flat out refused to take a call. The receptionist just said "Too bad, that's the way it is." and that apparently, if you ONLY get the glaze, they charge you double for not getting a haircut with the glaze, which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and is not what I was told when I asked for pricing over the phone, nor does it mention this anywhere on the website. So basically, I might as well have just got a haircut since I'd be paying the same. And for the record, I didn't add anything on while there, just a clear glaze that she left in my hair for all of three minutes (usually a 20 minute treatment at other salons). If I had known they add extra charges without notifying you only AFTER you get your hair done, I would have cancelled my appointment completely. They are refusing to refund the $38 they overcharged me. I'm not asking for a refund on the $37 glaze I got done, nor the tip I left for the stylist. Just the amount they decided to tack on at the last minute because they're shady and dishonest. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company and I'll continue to post one-star reviews until you guys refund the $38 you scammed me out of. Don't go here unless you like to play Russian roulette on how much it will cost, and better yet just don't go to this salon because if you ever have a problem, "that's just the way it is" and the manager is going to hide behind the receptionist and do nothing. Pathetic.

I have been coming here for 5 years now and I don’t plan on going to anyone else. Ely is incredibly talented, I am so happy to have found my forever hairdresser. Salon Blonde has a beautiful staff and salon! Highly recommended!!!
