“Carlos and team planted 5 major trees for us yesterday. We had purchased them to help create privacy from a new house almost in out back yard and another new neighbor's delightful fence. The team arrived midmorning and got to work digging giant holes in our caliche/clay and rock soils. No fun that I could see, but the team worked continuously without complaints, brought in the trees and then had to redo a couple holes to adjust tree placement. Carlos helped out when tools not working right, tree placement change and anything we requested to make the situation just right. He even helped our neighbor who had Moon Valley out earlier to plant trees. The service I must say was great. Must say our sales rep Blake was also extremely helpful picking out the trees, coming to our house and helping plot where the trees should go, and a delight to work with. Overall a very pleasant and worthwhile experience. Now the followup is on me. Thanks Moon Valley.”
