I'm a small business owner. I have a business account ,payroll account and personal account. The updated ATM allows cash withdrawals of multiple denomination,$100,$50,$20,$10 and $5 which is extremely beneficial. As well as mobile banking.i also get calls to assure. I am being takin care of...you don't get that from the BIG banks. Thanks National Bank of AZ!

I set up zelle they sent me an email saying basically that someone messed with your zelle if you didn't do that click this link in literally that exact same minute they sent me an email saying my zelle account is on hold which is how I pay my landlord rent which I can't do now unless I use my old bank of america account, I went with this bank because my last 2 bosses checks came from this bank and it's close to home but if I could recommend to anyone is that they should not use this bank the people in the building and customer service is great but bank of america never committed to this much lunacy bank of america always let me pay my rent not bank of arizona

Wish I could give them zero. Went in to deposit my check and get told my balance is over 300$, great, I have bills to pay. Go to pay bills and find out I have 1$ in my account because turns out the check won't clear til midnight. Not only was I not told about this, but I was lied to and told I had money in the account. To top it off I went in and called and instead of helping me and solving the issue by talking to the person who TOLD me that I had money when I DIDNT, they instead told me there was nothing they could do about it and they didn't even LOOK at my account or talk to this woman. Unfuckingbelievable. This is the FIRST time I've had issues with my checks being held and the first issues I've had with this bank. I will ABSOLUTELY not ever be going back and will not recommend to anyone these ridiculous people.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with they block my account every time I get my money deposited into which makes it were I can't pay my bills. Then when you call the technical support they say sorry nothing we can do about it. Changing my bank.

Worst bank I've ever encountered in my 50 years on this planet. Completely incompetent people, you will hear the word 'sorry' over and over again as they screw up your account. Life is too short.....stay away!
