Really fast service and a large, roomy and comfortable waiting area.Remarkably pleasant. I'm thinking, why can't other drug stores be like this!

My recent encounter with Daniel Maduma at Marana Health Care was nothing short of a nightmare, compounded by the abysmal treatment received from both the provider and the facility as a whole. From lost blood work to unprofessional behavior and administrative incompetence, my experience exemplifies a systemic failure within Marana Health Care that extends far beyond a single provider.Firstly, the mishandling of my child's blood work, resulting in its loss, speaks volumes about the facility's lack of organization and disregard for patient care. Despite repeated assurances that the matter would be resolved, I was subjected to unwarranted harassment during subsequent visits, with staff members failing to acknowledge their own errors and instead placing blame on me.Furthermore, the scheduling department's incompetence is appalling. On numerous occasions, my requests were blatantly disregarded, leading to unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. It is disheartening to see such a fundamental aspect of healthcare delivery neglected so egregiously. While Ashley L., a patient care advocate, exhibited commendable professionalism amidst the chaos, her efforts were overshadowed by the pervasive dysfunctionality of the organization she represents. Even supervisors, tasked with addressing escalated concerns, were forced to acknowledge the severity of the issues I encountered, offering apologies for an experience that no patient should endure. In light of these systemic failures, I strongly advise against seeking care at Marana Health Care. The combination of unprofessional behavior, administrative incompetence, and a blatant disregard for patient well-being underscores a troubling pattern that cannot be ignored. As a consumer of healthcare services, I implore others to consider alternative options where their needs will be met with the dignity and respect they deserve. Daniel Maduma's subpar care and Marana Health Care's systemic failures have left me with no choice but to seek medical assistance elsewhere.

Failure to diagnose shingles, outright lying about the cost of a visit. Horrible experience, avoid at all costs.

I was in awe of the pharmacy today! I needed a prescription filled asap and they got it done for me. I so appreciate them! Thank you! They got me a prescription that other pharmacies don't have and ordered it for me! That's true caring! I feel blessed!

This was the WORST doctors experience I've ever had in my life. I had just moved to Tucson and was looking for a new primary doctor. My first appointment was just a check up, address an eye issue I was having and to get a referral for a specialist. I saw doctor Vera Dujmic. This appointment wasn't terrible, but she didn't listen to me. She dismissed my eye issue and told me to take it up with the specialist (who had nothing to do with eyes). She wasn't present in our appointment and tried to get me out of there fast as possible. I didn't like the experience I had, so for future appointments I decided I would see another doctor. My second appointment was with Cecilia Nwakpuda. I was experiencing some intimate issues and was in so much pain and discomfort. I had been to an urgent care previously and was on medication, but my medication was almost out and I wasn't 100% better. I told her my issues, the diagnosis from urgent care and she starts "googling" my diagnosis. Looking up the symptoms and how to treat it. I was literally in shock at that point. Then after she googled it, she tells me she refuses to give me any medication. She said I would use the two pills I have left wait a week and then come back and she would give me something else. I explained to her that I was in so much pain and if I didn't have more medication it was going to get worse because I have underlying health issues. She still denied me and said "IF YOU GET WORSE GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM". I told her, that I didn't have the money for that and she just shrugged her shoulders. I started balling my eyes out. This women refused to help me or do anything. I left the office in tears with no help and had to go back the Urgent Care who originally saw me to get more medication. I didn't get better until after I took 7 more days of pills from them. If I had waited like she suggested I would've been SOL. Side note, I got bloodwork done that day with Cecilia. In order to hear my results they told me that I could not see a new doctor and had to be with the doctor who ordered my bloodwork. I explained to them that I had a terrible experience with Cecilia and did not want to see her again because of how uncomfortable I was and how she treated me. They told me too bad, if I wanted my results it had to be an appointment with her. I thought this absolutely ridiculous. If I'm not comfortable with a doctor I should allow to hear my results from someone else. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN A DOCTOR'S OFFICE. Do not go here. Their doctors are terrible and don't care about you or your health.

Took my 4 year old to the Dove Mountain MHC urgent care with 102.8 fever. The doctor looked in her ears and throat and sent us home. No Covid or flu test, told me to “try to keep the fever down” like I haven’t been trying to do that?! Left and immediately drove to another urgent care, her fever is now 103.4, she was immediately given a Covid and strep test. MHC is a complete joke, not sure where you’re finding your providers but they’re garbage.

I went to “quick care” last night. At 6 pm, was told there was a 2 hr wait when 2 people were in the waiting room. Today went to Dove Mountain Urgent Care. At 11:30 was told they just checked in their last patient before lunch. The lunch isnt until 12:45. That is over an hr time! Your customer service sucks!!! If you call the make an appointment, your on hold 20+ minutes, the doctors never refill prescriptions. Its all about money, and not patients or clients anymore.

After my last visit ill never step foot in any of your facilities again. When your nurse practitioner is reading your MRI results and says "oh my god im sorry" and you look at her waiting for an explanation and she says "they think you have cancer." NOT how you inform someone. Then she turns around and says she'll schedule a biopsy STAT, only to refer me to an orthopedic office so they can turn around and refer me to someone else for the biopsy. So much for stat.

Went for our COVID vaccine. Everything ran so smoothly. Our appointments were 2:40 and 2:50. We registered, got our vaccine, waited our 15 minutes and were out of there at 3:15! Staff was so kind also!

Can’t get through on the phones. You need real people to answer and not leave people on hold for more than 20 minutes.

the worst possible place to take your children during a pandemic. the employees do not care about anyone or anything and allow old people to wait in the newborn area while the newborns cry because you can't set them down. just an absolute joke all the way around avoid this place if you have children.

You never refill prescriptions, I have been out of my high blood pressure meds for almost two weeks, 3 fax's from my Pharmacy unanswered, one visit from me in which I asked for a refill. and nothing. I will be finding another health care provider.
