The new ownership is amazing, David did custom designs for my daughter that turned out so cute. Miley did my fill and took the time to reshape my nails . Both are friendly and it was fun to talk with them. I highly recommend

If you want to be emotionally abused this is the place for you!! I stopped in for a manicure & the lady at the desk was perturbed by my presence. She glared at me & asked "gel?". I said no. She asked "mani-pedi?". I said no. I needed a standard manicure. She responded "I have to call someone in". The shop was empty except for a female talking on the phone in the back room & the front desk lady. She then huffed & glared at me & motioned for me to sit. She then gave me a cold bowl of water to soak my nails & roughly grabbed my hand & started trimming my cuticles. I asked if she was the owner & she growled "no". I tried small talk & then noticed she was already painting my nails. I explained to her that she was not covering the whole nail with polish & missing the sides. She just asked "1 coat or two?" I explained that my nails & cuticles were very dry due to the winter weather. She used no oil or lotion. Then after 5 minutes of working on my nails she told me to sit at the dryer. At that time another lady entered & she started treating her, except with kindness. I then went to pay & she said "$19, cash?". I said, card. She then reached aggressively into my purse & pulled about 6 cards out in one maneuver. I grabbed them back & I asked her "$19 for no lotion or hand message?" She said "yes". I paid & walked out, NEVER to return! I will add that I brought my own polish too!

I love the way polish stays on when I get a pedi! Nice friendly and clean! I'd recommend them for sure!

Horrible experience. I wanted to spend a nice mothers day with my daughter getting or nails done. I called and scheduled an appointment on Saturday for Sunday and when we walked in they acted as if we didn't have an appointment and they were annoyed of our presence. The owner (I think) younger lady, was so rude! I can't believe she treats her clients the way she does or still has a running business. My daughter is 12 and was so looking forward to having her nails done and the owner was on her phone the entire time, didn't listen to what my daughter wanted and her nails turned out nothing like what she asked for and she was so upset! Many people said I should not have paid, but I did and will never go back! Don't waste your time or money, I had the BEST experience at CHIC BOUTIQUE, complete day and night experience.

My daughter and I went in for a pedi. We picked the best one they had. We didn’t get half the services that we were supposed to get, and when we asked why they acted like they didn’t know what we were talking about. My daughters nails had to be painted twice because the first paint job was just terrible! Not only did I pay for our pedicures the lady added her own $10 tip to the bill without even asking! We will never use this place again.Service: Pedicure

Poor customer service. Well in fact I think they don't really want customers. I was a walk in and another customer walked in a few minutes after me. The person in the salon said she would "check" and when she came back said they would do the customer after me but I needed to come back some other time!! Basically she told me to get lost. How rude.

Went in for the first time and got a mani and pedi, service was great. The woman took her time, removed the cuticles very well, and overall did an amazing job. Will love to come back!!
