I've always been treated with dignity and respect here. Pharmacists and Pharmacy techs are both kind and helpful. They always do what they can when they can help. If they can't help they still try to find a way to do their best. And they're always nice. That's a bonus!

i've never had a good experience in this store ESPECIALLY with MANAGEMENT(Leslie). They are rude and treat customers and THEIR EMPLOYEES like absolute shit. do not recommend. (management is disrespectful to younger customers/employees from what i've experienced and noticed)

This particular Fry's store is clean every time I walk in the door. They always have plentiful stock, and they carry a wider variety of brands and more items than other Fry's stores. The employees are very courteous and the store is well-maintained. I wish this was my neighborhood Fry's, but I reside in Oro Valley, and live in very close proximity to the Fry's on Lambert and LaCañada.

Super bad service they tell you that they will be ready in a certain time you leave and come back to pick it up and they inform you that they are not ready that you have to wait until tomorrow super bad service because if you go to get the medicine it is because it is occupied and the employees as if nothing happened ? it is better to change pharmacies.

I am a prescriber and former customer of Fry's. I stopped my relationship with Frys' pharmacy long time ago, since things would never go right and I also stopped sending my patient's medications to the pharmacy and advised them to try different pharmacy. However I decided to give them a try, one more time yesterday. My medication was filled with wrong dose and in a minute, when i returned to the pharmacy and informed them that it was filled wrong, all I was told is " sorry, we can not accept the medication since it left the pharmacy. This is our policy". Wrong dosage and pharmacy not accepting the return? fine but that does not mean that I have to pay for the wrong dose. Called the store supervisor and I was on hold for 30 minutes and did not get anyone on the phone. The person answered the call, stated " Sorry, we are very busy". Still waiting for the supervisor to call back. Take my advice and do not fill your Rx at Fry's. They are understaffed and many errors happen under the pressure. I am going to dispute the charge of $86.00 and that was the last time I work with Fry's. They have lost the business with me and possibly many of my patients.

I just called to ask if they take my insurance, and I was rudely told they can’t tell me that. WTH! They expect me to waste my time by sending in a prescription and giving them my info having them run it and then maybe just maybe it will be covered?! No thank you. I’ll go to a pharmacy that actually wants my business.

Stopped in for few items on my way home from out of town. The deli counter was ridiculous busy and with only one person behind the counter. They seem to cater to pick up customers, every aisle has an employee with a cart and they're rude and you cannot get by them. Purchased a half pie and it looked delicious and later that evening I went to serve it and the bottom was raw. I had to bake it upside down, I will never buy another pie from Fry's.

This is my fave Frys. We call it "Disneyland Frys" because it has everything and then some. The isles are nice and wide, plenty of OPEN checkout lanes and rarely congested. I drive out of my way just to go to this location. I do a lot of "pick up" orders as well. The team is always extremely friendly and thorough. Thanks guys!

I've been using this pharmacy for years. They used to be great. In the past year it has taken over a week to fill prescriptions whether they are new or refills. My Dr sent in a prescription on Tuesday 6/6 and as of today 6/10, it hasn't been filled. Every time I call , they seem surprised that I would like it sooner. Not a great way to run a pharmacy.

Never enough people in the pharmacy at any location. Always takes 40+ mins just to pick up meds because of how slow the 1 person is with meds. Switching pharmacies.

I am exhausted from trying to get my prescriptions filled. Last Friday they were supposed to be done, then Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday, Now Friday. These are serious Maintenance meds. They are making me extremely nervous! You just can't stop cold turkey on these meds.

Prescription sent Thursday, wasn't ready Monday afternoon. The price was outrageous until I called and asked them to apply a coupon. Why wouldn't they just do this without having to ask?Went back Friday and waited in line for 20 minutes.Don't come here. Awful pharmacy experience.
