During our visit, a customer made an inappropriate and racially insensitive comment towards us, questioning whether we "belonged" in this country. Despite our efforts to stand up for ourselves, the situation escalated, and we were unfairly treated by the manager on duty.
The manager not only sided with the customer but also addressed us in a loud and unprofessional manner, ultimately asking us to leave the store. Following this, we called the store manager asking for the contact information of higher management to report the incident, but she hung up the phone, preventing a constructive conversation.
It is disheartening to experience such treatment in 2024, and we believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention. We hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this situation and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their background.

Was asked by the Cashier if I was a "church going man" what the heck? Apparently the cashier did not like myresponse and started telling.e a out bombings and attacks in Israel and maybe I should start rhinkingg about going to church..last I just want to buy my stuff and go I did not come for a sermon. Inappropriate behavior by staff. Will not return.

A quick place to pick up something for last minute dinner, great prices on some items if you know what to buy, store could use a little cleaning inside and out.

This place serves our small, yet ever growing, beautiful community well, they have been here for so many years and have been close by for small important items in a pinch. I love the Marana Family Dollar!!! HOLLAH!!!!
