I am utterly disappointed with the cleanliness standards at Encantada Dove Mountain. The persistent issue of dog poop left in front of buildings is not just unsightly but also a health hazard. Despite repeated complaints, the management has failed to take effective action. It's appalling that residents have to navigate around feces every day just to enter their homes. This negligence reflects poorly on the overall management of the property. I strongly advise potential residents to think twice before considering this complex, unless they have a high tolerance for living in filth.

Gates no working for more than a year. Common area lighting not going on and off at the proper times. now that we are paying for it, get it right. Parking is supposed to be nose in. ENFORCE IT. We miss Jason......

I love to live in Encantada. Appartment is nice and the complex is beautiful. I can take my dogs to the dog ranch and maintennace is quick.

Was looking for a place all around Tucson. Clean grounds, very clean apartments and models. Staff was friendly and being surrounded by all the green desert was a plus. Can’t wait to move in!

This place is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a few things to get fixed and they came right away. I am looking forward to getting settled and making this a home. :-)

The customer service at this apartment complex has been exceptional. From promptly arranging a Zoom tour to diligent follow-ups, their kindness and support have made the apartment search a breeze. Tony, in particular, has been incredibly helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend contacting them for a Zoom tour or in-person visit – our experience has been nothing short of fantastic.

Awesome apartment complex! The area is very relaxing and there are many establishments close by. Management is super helpful, and maintenance requests are promptly tended to.
