DO NOT GO TO CVS PHARMACY!!!! It is a scam. They will be over the top excellent the first Rx, but after that they will harass you and on multiple occasions they tried to give me the one medication that I'm deathly allergic to. OR they will just close for months at a time. CVS just wants you and their employees to die! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!

I like CVS. In December service had improved but that came to an abrupt halt. This location has SERIOUS customer service issues. I use the app, it tells me that my Rx order is processed and ready for pickup. I go to pick it up and the employee has put it back on the shelf. Wants me to wait 30 minutes to retrieve it. This pharmacy has been CLOSING EARLY a lot lately. So I call to make sure the pharmacy is going to be open, they tell me yes, I get there and they’re CLOSED. I’m done. Taking my Rx’s to a pharmacy that understands the reason why they are in business.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for a scheduled vaccine appointment, and there were over a dozen others that had been waiting for their appointments as well (even one woman who had been there over an hour) - this pharmacy does not understand the concept of an "appointment". I also overheard the pharmacist berating her staff for checking people in for the wrong vaccines, so who knows if people were actually getting the shots they signed up for.

What a horrible store. I've waited for 2 days to get a prescription refilled for my 6 year old granddaughter. The staff were rude and unhelpful. They couldn't have been any less concerned about her well-being. I will NEVER EVER return to this store again. Everyone from the pharmacist (really the worst person) to the staff. I am finding out who I can report these people soon.

Russ, the pharmacist and his entire staff were working very diligently to take care of the many task at hand and the customers in a timely and organized manner. I was pleased with the way that I was treated when I finally got the help that I needed! Russ and Sheryl went above and beyond to make me want to come back as a customer!! Kindly, Allison

The pharmacy and its associates are rude, constant problems getting help and not acting in any urgency for medication or otherwise. Terrible store, they’ve went downhill fast. Understaffed and cleanliness is an issue. Stay away and go to another store or pharmacy.

Rosey was extremely helpful and so kind when I had issues refilling my medication. The pharmacist who's name I did not catch also helped out and made the process very speedy. I appreciate their help!

They said my script would be ready by 6 pm. I came the next day and it was not ready at 2 pm and I was told to take a seat and wait. I left and had the script sent across the street to Walgreens. They had previously failed to cancel an old script as directed by my PCP and failed to do so when I have fought with them for 5 years that I am not on auto-refill. My roommate went to pick up one prescription and they told him they had two ready. Not knowing better he paid CVS $30 and my insurance was billed for meds I haven't taken for overs year. The staff is incompetent and rude. The gimp with the limp asked me how I was while waiting in line while I was picking up COVID medication. I responded fine and how are you. He responded with quote, what do you care anyway. He should be fired. They have cut back their hours. Since my insurance changed they locked me out of the app for ordering scripts. I am fed up and done with CVS.

Pharmacy is always friendly even when there is a line of people and the phones ringing. So appreciated. We also needed a few travel size items and found them easily after asking someone for help. Highly recommend this location.

Post oral surgery I needed antibiotics. It wasn't filled until 21 hours and 4th trip to pharmacy. Then this morning 5 days post op the third prescription was ready. I have used CVS for decades and different parts of the United States. This by far is the slowest pharmacy yet. Gonna have to go back to Ina and Thornydale.

I have been very sick, not covid, and this pharamacy is getting used to seeing my face. They helped me as much as they could when my ex dropped me from his olan after divorce and his company did not send out cobra. The site is very busy, there seem to be many people working in the pharmacy and sometimes the manager us back there too. If its refills call early. If its a same day med they may need a little time but they will get to it if its important. Very caring and understanding staff just very slammed at this location.
