I have a family reunion this weekend and dress clothes are not my usual, so after walking in and being very lost, he guided me in the perfect direction and was very attentive. Even when there were a couple people in the store, he was able to bounce between each of us exceptionally. It seems like a Peter has multiple good reviews and I’m hopeful he is recognized for that. “I went looking for jeans and I was advised by an employee that unless it was a return from the website, all jeans are 'regular' length. Aka no tall or short jeans. The employee was kind enough to get a reader to check the jeans I was looking for to see if my size even existed in the store before I sorted through piles of hands. We found A pair! And I was excited and thankful I did not have to dig through shelves and shelves of jeans. Don't be afraid to find an employee!”

“This is the biggest forever 21 in the state and I found a lot of items to purchase. The second floor is mostly clearance and happened to be buy 1 get 1 free. The plus section had a lot of items and wasn't limited in selection.”
“Last week I was having the hardest time finding an outfit for my wedding anniversary. I had shopped at many other stores in the outlet mall that day and with no luck left empty handed. I haven’t been inside a lucky store since I was a teen and I decided to stop in for my last chance to find a dress. I came in 30 min before closing and typically most store associates would be annoyed and try and hurry me out. But at your Tucson outlet location Layla greeted me and hand picked outfits for me, never once making me feel rushed. She offered suggestions, added on accessories to match and even had me show her how they fit so I could get her opinion as well (I have no fashion sense haha) I just really wanted to recognize how good she made me feel. I felt pretty in the outfits I chose and she was super helpful! I can’t remember the last time I had a great experience in a retail store like this. Thank you for your kindness and I will for sure be back to shop again!”

“It was pretty good, the staff are okay not spectacular but definitely not rude either. I got what I wanted sort of after the transaction where I had to pay 8$ I realized I had a five dollar coupon I could of used but the cashier didn't seem to want to cancel and raring the transaction and asked me about coming back tomorrow since I was thinking of returning another shirt so we will see if I go tomorrow and actually return the shirt because my daughter likes it on me and the coupon expires on the 19 of this month”

“I like this store. The staff has been helpful for me and looks for sizes in the back, they don’t always have them but they make the effort.Some sticker prices are a little high for an outlet, but you can register an account and get emails with 25-30% off codes. Prices are good after discount!”
