This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The first incident I had they filled my prescription for only half of the amount. My prescription was for 60 and I received 30 and then when I let them know they had made a mistake they treated me like I was the inconvenience. However, just recently I called to have my prescription filled and was told they were out of my medication so they would partially fill my prescription and then I could pick up the rest today. I called today and was informed that because my prescription was partially filled and it was written over 30 days (January 3rd and it was February 8th, we're talking 5 days) before that they would no longer be able to fill the rest of the prescription and I would need to work with my doctor to get another prescription. When I let them know that it was never explained to me they said "oh well they should have" terrific customer service. I then asked to speak to the pharmacy manager and they would not tell me his full name (against company policy) and they also would not tell me when he was scheduled to work. THIS PLACE's CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is the WORST WALGREENS for service ever!!! Meaning if you need to ask a question or need help don't bother... as you'll get ignored it's a joke.. HOWEVER, with that said if your coming in for a prescription and your dealing with PHARMACY the people back there have their shit together and it's the only pharmacy I'll go to take my advice do the drive thru... that way you don't have to deal with the incompetence in the main store...

Good Customer Service I went into Walgreens because I thought I might be coming down with a bug and thought it would be a good idea to stock up on some over the counter medicine. When I arrived at the store I wasn't quite sure what medicine would be the appropriate medicine to take. The pharmacist took the time to answer all my questions even suggested a medicine that would work best. I normally do not go to Walgreens for my prescriptions or over-the-counter drugs. However this will be the place I come in the future. You can't beat this type of customer service. In fact the customer service is so good and fast I didn't have time to walk the aisles looking at the random items you find in drug stores.

Horrible customer service..my daughter bought sharpies she didn't need..said no receipt to save paper...Went to return and only got "partial" credit.....because no receipt...no receipt emailed to me on my account..how is that right!?!?!

June 23rd we were in Phoenix visiting from Vegas. I'll have to tell you that Walgreens is one of my favorite stores but after this visit, I will not be shopping there again when I visit Phoenix. First off , the front cashier I believe her name was Mary, refused to help my friends and I. As a matter of fact she actually called an Hispanic lady from the back to assist us. The Hispanic woman was very helpful and friendly, I wish I would have got her name. At some point one of my friends moved over to Mary's line to get checked out and she rudely told her it would be better if she went back over to cosmetics to get checked out. Basically she didn't want to help her. But Mary had no problem helping the Caucasian customers....

This Walgreens location is the worst. I have been on the same medication and dose for years and just turned in scripts in July. The pharmacist and tech said I have no refills when I just turned in 6 months worth. Ever since they changed staff and Tabitha left, this pharmacy has messed up my scripts almost every month. As a cancer patient and I do not have a thyroid, I would think they would handle scripts appropriately. Unfortunately, the new staff could care less about their patients and getting the appropriate medication filled. The staff is RUDE and the male I spoke with about 5 minutes ago is beyond rude and extremely careless. He had the nerve to ask what I want when I explained it to him over and over again. Maybe they think cancer is not serious and not a big deal but I feel it is a huge deal! I am completely disgusted with how he spoke to me. If you don't know what you are doing and how to correct it, you should find another job. You have people's lives in your hands and should start acting like it.

Need friendlier staff at the pharmacy. It is irritating when a normally smug person assumes a role dealing with people and we have to deal with them. It's even more irritating when they can't get the order right. She is a pharmacy tech. Keep that girl in back away from people please.

Ordered pics online. Got them and they were cut off in Weird spots. After paying 33.00 I called and talked to anthony the manager. He acknowledged how the online app isn't great for ordering pics and to bring them back and he gave me my 33.00 back. No more walgreens app for getting pics..old school for me with getting them developed. I was very happy with the manager and my refund. Great store.

You need to get a little bit more friendly staff. And keep the shelves stocked. They were out of almost everything I needed today. Not too happy about Walgreens at this point.
