If I could rate without a star I would. The lady with the tattoo on her left arm at Walgreens Litchfield Park are very rude and unfriendly. She needs to be retrain on customer service.

I am a nurse and just called in a prescription to Walgreens on Dysart and Litchfield Park. Normally staff are friendly and professional. Unfortunately, this guy was rude and when he was done taking the scrip info - hung up on me!

Worst Walgreens third time I come in and I get followed I asked today why are you guys following me he said mam we are not as soon as I said that everyone stopped following me . I am Hispanic but this is my neighborhood as well whole corporate was there looking at me as if I'm causing a scene no one said anything to me I'm really upset and I do not appreciate this treatment I do not get a welcome in or anything and as soon as someone else walks in they are greeted and asked of help is needed I never get asked I only get followed . I would understand if I came in with a huge bag or something but I don't I come in with my card in my pocket . This is seriously seriously sad the whole Walgreens team young and old people should know better

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The first incident I had they filled my prescription for only half of the amount. My prescription was for 60 and I received 30 and then when I let them know they had made a mistake they treated me like I was the inconvenience. However, just recently I called to have my prescription filled and was told they were out of my medication so they would partially fill my prescription and then I could pick up the rest today. I called today and was informed that because my prescription was partially filled and it was written over 30 days (January 3rd and it was February 8th, we're talking 5 days) before that they would no longer be able to fill the rest of the prescription and I would need to work with my doctor to get another prescription. When I let them know that it was never explained to me they said "oh well they should have" terrific customer service. I then asked to speak to the pharmacy manager and they would not tell me his full name (against company policy) and they also would not tell me when he was scheduled to work. THIS PLACE's CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I used to go here everyday. But new people have been working here recently. And they are very rude. Like we are a problem for asking a question or Geting my i.d. out. if you don't want you're job don't work it..We won't be back..

I have been using this pharmacy for about 9 months now with no issues, pleasant staff. They must of changed managers/ head pharmacist recently because the service was horrible. They refused to give me my son's prescription a few days early because my family was leaving out of state for Christmas. Insurance would of covered the script (they always have in the past due to the holidays) with no issue & the ordering physicians office called & okayed it! The pharmacist still refused, saying he won't fill the script until the last day my son would be out of his medication, which is the day after Christmas & we were supposed to of been gone already! After the back & forth with them on the issue it was too late to have the script resent some where else because the doctors office was now closed for the evening & won't reopen until after the 26th. Well, can't leave without my son's meds so we ended up leaving late this this Sunday afternoon (good thing we were driving anyways). All my son's gifts are at his grandparents house waiting for him. Thanks for ruining his Christmas. I will never use this place again!

We were having such a hard time after making an online photo purchase a few days ago.We wanted pictures with a magnet for our daughters birthday. I went to the location up on waddell and reems. It was supposed to be ready but it wasn’t. They said tomorrow morning for sure. Went back the next day it wasn’t and they said they can’t do it. (This is the morning of the party).And didn’t get any help calling other stores. At all. I understand Covid has left the stores short of help and it’s frustrating because I had planned these magnet photos as gifts and this was in the last minute purchase I gave them plenty of days to get this done.ENTER JUSTIN—This young guy went out of his way to help us. He went out of his way on the phone when others didn’t. then when we came into the store he was amazingly helpful.We have our own business and if we had ANY possible spots for any job, we would hire him. I’m not kidding either. When I know somebody’s gonna look for an employee I’m gonna tell them to go hire that guy. You can’t teach people what he has. The ability to care for and help others.If he’s not a manager in a short time, other job offers will come this young man, I promise you.But aside from that, we just want to say thanks Justin.

The Pharmacy is always fast. They remodeled the store to put in a clinic and cut the store in half. So there basically is very limited anything. I went in there a week before Mother’s Day for a Mother’s Day card and they literally had 10 options of cards for “mom”. You would think on a major holiday they would have a lot of options but then again now the store is half the size it was. There is a urgent care across the street and there are multiple other facilities right in the area. I just don’t understand why Walgreens and making himself a medical provider now.

This is the WORST WALGREENS for service ever!!! Meaning if you need to ask a question or need help don't bother... as you'll get ignored it's a joke.. HOWEVER, with that said if your coming in for a prescription and your dealing with PHARMACY the people back there have their s*** together and it's the only pharmacy I'll go to take my advice do the drive thru... that way you don't have to deal with the incompetence in the main store...

Walgreens is one my favorite store but lately the customer service been really rude and irresponsible I never got my pictures back I called before picking them up and when I got there the manager mrs. Paul seem clueless I don’t recommend anyone to print anything from there specially if it’s for a job they will make you look bad
