We love this Litchfield Park branch! The employees are great and super helpful. It can get busy but the line moves fast. There's a convenient package drop near the front entrance for pre-paid items.

Tracy and Candi were both exceptionally kind and courteous when I went In to mail my package. Probably the nicest people I have ever encountered at any USPS office.

Ordered something from amazon. On 30 march USPS saID delivery attempt but fail cause no one at home. When no one even ring the door bell. 1 april arranged for redelivery on 2 april but 2 april nothing came. 3 april we called and check they say IT IS still at USPS AND want than go down TO collect if not they will deliver on 4 april. 4 april no one deliver anything so 5 april we called AGAIN and they say IT IS still at USPS ask us go down collect ourselves . Today 6 april we went down to collect end up they say cannot find parcel. NOT SURE WHERE IT IS.

I have done a pick up request 3 business days. They still leave it in my mailbox. What is wrong with this Post Office? Not very professional at all. Not good Mail courier or delivery person

The staff of this post office are enthusiastic and provide good service to customers, especially Mr. Chadd. I don't understand English, so he patiently communicated with me using Google Translate. Answered my question. It took him a lot of time. Thank you very much for his excellent service

Every time I come to this post office, I am greeted with such a positive attitude. Every single lady who works behind the counter is amazing and truly cares about the customer. They always care about making sure your needs are met, whether that means offering you the best shipping options or suggesting something different than what you have already selected. All the ladies deserve a huge raise! Thank you, Litchfield Park Post Office. I will always make sure to use them for all my needs :) Best post office in the state!
