We recently move our RV to Storage King. Keith was super friendly, answered all our question, and the pricing was great compared to others in the area. Facility seemed well kept and clean.

Keith has been fantastic and prompt with responses to questions. He also made the process very easy and I was able to complete it over the phone. I am very satisfied with the knowledge and care put forth by Keith.

Have used the Litchfield location for a few years. I concur that the facility is kept up and is safe. The site manage is Keith and have only needed to interact with him a couple times. He is best in class at what he does and ALWAYS has gotten back to me - if not answered the phone right then.
He would be my manager in a heart beat.

The manager( Keith) of this facility is one of the most honest and loyal individuals I have met in the area. He has been very helpful with my unit and making sure I get the money's worth. He makes you comfortable knowing that the business is actually concerned about the customer for a change. I won't ever use any other facility besides them or anything recommended by Keith.

Great experience all around. Great prices for both my RV and trailer, office staff was very courteous and helpful. 38 foot RV fits with no issues in covered parking, on site dump is a great bonus. Trailer is in angled uncovered parking, fits great with no issues. I can’t think of a single thing that I have a problem with, well done.

Got there to pickup my reservation...nobody there. Called the number no option for Uhaul. Called the customer service who said they would try to contact management. Still 1 hour later no response.

Made a Uhaul Reservation for pick up at 5pm. They advertise they close at 6pm. We arrived at 4:45pm to a note that they weren't there and to call them. Multiple calls, texts and messages...nothing answered. Was able to get ahold of Uhaul to get my reservation moved to another location. Made moving even more delayed and stressful.

We needed a storage facility temporarily until we sold our travel trailer. Keith was welcoming and happy to help us with all of our needs and was very accommodating. I would use this facility again if we ever needed the storage.
