“I went to this Verizon store to upgrade my Motorola phone that I had had for 5 years. Theodore took the time to show me which phone was best for me and which plan was best for me. He was very professional and helpful.Theodore downloaded everything off my old phone onto my new phone. He also showed me some of the great features of my new Motorola edge Plus. He then help me sync my new Motorola edge Plus to my car's bluetooth. He mentioned several times and if I needed help or if I had any questions that I could call the store or come in and they would be glad to help.I would highly recommend this Verizon store and Theodore. Great customer service!”

“65-year-old retired gentleman. I had Hannah as my Go to person for picking out a new phone and changing from cricket to T-Mobile. Very helpful very knowledgeable very understanding of my limitations not knowing technical stuff as well as the younger people do. Was very pleased from start to finish, Hannah did not try to push me to cheap or too expensive. She listen to my needs, and figured out what I needed and I ended up with an apple 15. She set everything up for me and everything worked perfectly all I had to do when I got back home was to re-establish my passwords with Bank, credit cards, etc. because of the new phone was not recognized. Very easy to do though. Thanks again to Hannah for the great job you did. T-Mobile should be very proud of her and hopefully have more employees just like her. She is a great asset to your company.
