“I honestly have no idea how this place can get some negative reviews, especially about the ones that call in. Stop being lazy and just drive to the location.Anyways my experience there was awesome. I went to 2 other 3rd party locations and the actual DMV and they all gave me different info or they couldn't help me. The actual DMV told me I had to do a Bond to get the car titled into my name, which made no sense.Ayala actually gave me 3 forms I needed to send to the original owners to sign and release to me and get it notarized. It sucks I had to do this but no one else told me this was even an option. The car was from California.But fast forward 10 days I was able to get all the docs back brought it here and they were able to get it all registered in AZ and is mailing me the title.They will continue to get my business!”
