We are AZ natives and long time Litchfield Park residence. This was our favorite Fry's when it was first built! The customer service was always so welcoming and helpful. However, this Fry's has gone downhill within the past 2-3 years. From the security gates at the entrance, to the ridiculous wait times for pickup (not just holidays), to there never being carts available. Staff present themselves as bothered when you need assistance, but there still are a few helpful folks and the bakery staff has remained consistent with their service in our eyes. Hoping this location can turn itself around soon!

When pulling up pay attention to the cart return if it full you might want to get a cart " 9 times out of 10 there out inside. Also what's up with the trash outside? " filthy". Shopping isn't bad prices are good too great " gas perks". So I love that . Will say this self checkout sucks!!! 5X out 10 you have to wait for them to fix it . Lol Over all not bad. Could be a 4 stars if they put some effort into making there store clean.

My family and I absolutely love this location; very huge spacious, organize and offer a lot of variety of items in reference to food,clothes, groceries and more. The staff is always friendly, and always well stock of merchandise and products. It's location also have a Starbucks inside sushi options, and two different other food options such as burgers & chicken. as well.

Ordered groceries. Never delivered and no one at store can provide information about the status or even tell me if they have my order. Now it's bedtime and my kids don't have food for breakfast. My card was charged and the status still says they are preparing my order.

Won't be back. They don't staff their store properly. 20 min wait to check out???? Come on now people. Every line was 5-6 deep. Self checkout backed up as well. Time to start shopping at Safeway....Good luck

If I can give you a zero stars I would. The Fry's in ALL locations is beyond GHETTO! Their prices are ridiculous! I can get better quality products at Whole Foods and AJ's for about the same price! The cherry on top is them putting gates in upon entry and exit like a store in a high crime area! Goodbye Fry's .

What's happening in your meat department?!! Twice in two weeks I bought meat and it was absolutely SPOIlT before the expiration date. I don't know what I'm more disturbed about; the repackaging or the possible circumstances behind your repackaging meats. Also, the wasted money. My, wasted money for your ROTTEN MEAT. YOUR ACTIONS ARE MAKING PEOPLE SICK. I'll get in touch with the store and meat department managers personally. Here's your heads up. Be expecting me soon.Update 8/28:I spoke to your meat department manager Carlos and he expressed regret for the rotten meat. However, not more than two weeks late you're still selling ROTTEN MEAT FROM YOUR CASE. My husband decided to save a dollar per pound by going to the meat cutter to have his chicken selected and wrapped. Not twenty four hours later and it's ABSOLUTELY RANCID AGAIN. You're got a HUGE PROBLEM AT THAT LOCATION. You could use a few visits from the health department, Giancarlo....

I live down the street from another frys, which is convenient but I've been running into items not being stocked. I def don't have the issue making the trip to this one due to all my items being available.I realllly love this frys, but lately the food aisles haven't been well maintained...like cmon...how long has this cheese in my pic been sitting there? Sick, literally.

Prices and availability are as expected and you should definitely price check. Customer service is what it should be. It's always packed. But they usually have what you are looking for. Only recently during the pandemic has it been short on items but that's to be expected.

Ordered online and was charged for items that were not delivered. They didn’t even try to replace them. They just charged me for them and didn’t deliver them. I called to ask to have the items refunded and they said I needed to come in to get the items. I ordered delivery so I wouldn’t have to go in to get the items….. that is literally the reason for delivery. Do not use the Fry’s app for delivery.

I really enjoy the huge Fry's locations! Starbucks, sushi, drinks, sandwiches and more almost like the food court at the mall. The even have a specialty cheese counter. (You can't miss the smell!) :) This store is huge and clean. They have clothing purses, and shoes even. Pretty pricey unless you catch something on sale. I swung by here to get some odds and ends. Found some great cups for our toddlers on the go to keepntheir drinks cold and I even found a wallet for myself at a grocery store! I need to get out more!
