Pharmacy is woefully understaffed for volume. YThere is always a line and they are super slow to fill Rxs. Choose a different location or maybe a Walgreens. Just horrible. If I could transfer my rx my doc just sent I would.

The drive-through for the pharmacy is always backed up today. It was backed up seven cars in line for over 40 minutes but if you go inside, it’s just as bad. I would switch all my prescriptions over, but my insurance is not accepted with a lot of the other pharmacies. ??♀️

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!I ordered a photo book and when I picked it up they had printed the wrong kind of book and the print quality was terrible. I spoke to the manager on duty and while he did offer me a refund, his solution was, "if we do it here again it will be just as bad" and completely ignored the fact that I had ordered an expedited print because I needed it on a timeline that is now going to be late because of their incompetence. They are bad at their jobs and apparently management knows it and dose not care. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Worse CVS pharmacy! They’re rude and hate their jobs apparently. Drive thru is a mess! Going inside is worse. Lines are almost out the door! It doesn’t matter the time of day! Always closed when they should be open. They take too many breaks and they don’t have enough help but why would anyone want to work with such rude coworkers. Prescriptions are never ready on time and they always have delays. They never keep their word when prescriptions will be ready. They get prescriptions wrong too. They also talk bad about customer complaints in front of others. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY.

Selling spoiled food! Avoid this place! Just bought these cans of food yesterday. They expired 3 months ago. I didn’t realize this until I’d already taken some bites and they tasted sour and off. I then checked the dates. If I get sick this is going to be a big issue here. I have my receipts to show they’re from you. Also, staff weren’t available at the counter for a long while and acted as though it was a drag to help customers. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Is this how the chain represents their brand?

I'm really sick and tired of having to hunt people down in this store for help. There should ALWAYS be someone at the cash register for assistance. If I come to ANY STORE, I EXPECT someone to check me out. Obviously, YOU THINK SO LITTLE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS that you can't even offer this simple assistance. I presume that the way you treat your customers indicates you prefer they would not even shop there. SO BE IT. THAT'S WHAT YOU WILL GET. I don't speak only for myself, SO MANY OTHERS FEEL EXACTLY THE SAME WAY. I'll let all my friends know of my experience. To put it bluntly, YOU HAVE NO SERVICE. I'm so DONE.

Save yourself the trouble & LITERAL headache and go elsewhere. This location sucks - they always mess up the prescription, have no communication whatsoever with their customers & their excuse is always that they are understaffed. Hire more people if you can’t do the job with just 2 people!

Had a script written out and took it to them. The pharmacist gave me something different than was written. Then gave attitude when I showed her what the doctor was having me pick up. Not my regular pharmacy, thank goodness.

My son’s doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy. At pick up time, I was told that I need to wait one hour. My husband tried to pick it up later after two hours , he was told that he can pick it up himself as it’s an over the counter medication. Dear pharmacy manager, try to hire some educated workers to take care of your patients. I’m not surprised with the medical system at all if ER doctor had to do a research to prescribe a medication then a pharmacist wouldn’t know the medication. The medical system sucks. I’m not sure what education are they getting in schools these days.

David helped us with our passport photos for our baby and he was patient and efficient! We appreciate the quickness even more after going to 6 other competing pharmacies with no luck!

This CVS is in disrepair. Parking lot is a mess. The building is a mess. Trash outside. Cant even see where thr parking lines are. Doesnt seem good.
