This Circle K is a joke. Some days they serve me and some days. They refuse my service simply because I told the manager that her store was slacking when it came to restocking the products.I've lived in this area for the past 5 years. And I've seen a host of complaints coming out of this circle. K corporate needs to do something about this. I agree, get rid of the whole management team and start over.

The shelves are bare, almost no drinks, the slurpee machines rarely work, don't ever try to get propane as they never have enough people to help you out, overall just another store that has gone down hills these days.

Pumps are backed up 3cars at each pump. Employees: would be a great time to go and stop everybody from progress while pumping the gas to get them to sign up for our rewards card. Don’t even let them put the pump into the car, but stop them from doing that so that way we can get what we need out of them. ??♀️The pump was literally dripping gasoline so I told them, but they try to offer me the rewards card again. Evidently they don’t care about the pump leaking just about the rewards card. There has to be some sort of bonus for this because it’s like the Olympics of rewards cards today.

They are so lazy here that they refuse to ring you up and make you use the self checkout and then get mad when you need ice.

You guys are threatening the employees either make the customer use the self check out or get wriite up and fired. I will not be forced to use the self check out. I went into this location Saturday and I was told either use self check out or go somewhere else. So I will pay a little more at q.t just to have a person ring me out. What you guys are doing is wrong. Not only to the customers but the employees as well.

"Throw the whole store away" my God! This Circle K has gone downhill so much they just need to fire everyone and start over. The district manager especially because it's been bad for YEARS! The cashier's are so rude, the store is always dirty and the floors are so sticky you just about lose your shoes in there! Things are always broken or out of service, no one stocks inventory or bothers to clean. They've made the aisles so small you've gotta walk sideways just to get through. It's ridiculous. I try my best to avoid this place when I can. I honestly can't believe it's still open, it's awful.

In the past 6 months this store has completely gone downhill. They can't keep good staff. It's always trashed the floors are a sticky dirty mess. Your shoes stick to the ground. They are constantly out of products. The soda machine is in disarray. They never have any flavors available. They are out of cups and straws. Overflowing ice onto the counter and floors. One side of the machine doesn't even have ice. They are so understaffed the line wraps around the whole store. It takes 15 mins to get out of the store. The staff doesn't care and it really shows.
