The ATMs are extremely slow and 90% of the time the drive thru ATM is never ready to use. Been like this for years.

Saturday 2/17/2024, I called the Chase Bank branch located on Dysart Rd and Camelback Rd in Litchfield Park, AZ. I asked if a notary was available and I was told yes. I was further told to get their before 2pm because they close at that time. I arrived around 1:15pm. The teller Josh was the notary and informed me to take a seat and he would be with me soon. There were only 3 customers in the bank at that time and later more started to come in. I asked Josh when he would be available to assist me since he said soon. Josh who started yelling, response was "I can't do it today, I swamped with customers". My issue is first why did they tell me a notary was available when I called. The second issue, I am a custom as well with several accounts at Chase Bank. The final issue another teller was recommending, I go to the branch in Surprise, AZ on Weems and Cactus. I asked him to call first and he stated no one was answering the phone. He then referred me to a business, where I would have to pay a fee. This is unacceptable, when I get notary service for free as a customer with accounts at Chase Bank. You should not tell a customer you will be helping them soon and then say I can't do it today. Josh could have notarized the one form at the teller transaction window.

If you needed anything other than a cash withdrawal or deposit then go to another Chase location. The tellers can’t perform any services, so any simple tasks such as adding someone to an account requires a banker. Unfortunately the bankers are booked out 2-3 weeks. Also they couldn’t provide any additional information about basic Chase products. This location is essentially a glorified ATM. All the poor reviews for this location make sense.

Wish I could give zero stars. Your drive thru atm NEVER has full function, so I come, sit in line for my turn at the drive up atm just to find out it doesn't have any damn cash anyways. Your atms are insanely slow to process transactions as well. As soon as I have the option, I'll be transferring my accounts to a bank that is capable of facilitating my banking needs.

I went through the drive through and made some deposit (it was a large amount ) the atmTook my money and never deposit it . So I call and file the claim and they keeep saying they have to take time tiem and do the investigating!! This is crazy it’s the the atm not working it’s should took my money then . They try to rob people money

Absolutely the worst branch I've ever come across, I had to call 15 times yesterday about an appointment just to even talk with a person. The appointment was rescheduled without even informing me. So then after realizing that the appointment had been moved I had to literally call 10 times again today. Absolutely the worst branch I've ever had the misfortune of coming across.

Terrible branch. Went in the open an account, representatives were sitting at their desk without customers. We were told that they were going to lunch and to come back in an hour or more. What's more important, new customer or an hour lunch? I guess it's lunch to them.

I came to this branch on April 20th for help with a wire transfer. Lexie promptly greeted me and began drafting my transfer. The entire process was completed in less than 10 minutes. She was very courteous and explained the entire process, fee, etc. She also completed a second transaction for me on this visit. Grateful for the quick and excellent customer service.

Teller's these days acting like they are god....Trying to bait you...am I mad?What I am is : sad i have to deal with the lack of professionalism you exhibit. Now I see why machines are taking over: "people you!"

Literally no customer service at this branch, came in on a Tuesday morning not busy whatsoever and waited about 25 minutes without anybody approaching asking what we needed. Two bankers sitting in their cubicles on their cellphone and can't help us.Ridiculous! Wells Fargo would never!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Failed to properly document our business paperwork already provided over 20 years ago and now making us jump through hoops with IRS, etc. to correct with so not so much as an apology because they also entered the information incorrectly and now need to verify, but have nothing on file. Husband passed away unexpectedly and not so much as a sympathetic response, but rather threats that if info not provided within 30 days they will close account down. Rude, terrible service, uneducated "personal bankers", weeks out to get an appointment scheduled for THEIR requests and any other services needed and the list goes on and on. AVOID!

I don't think it's a great idea to have the ATM facing the direction of a fast-food drive thru. Like come on those people can see what pin your placing and what ever else you are doing

This branch referred me for credit card processing. They opened an account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, which has to be illegal. I've gotten a bill every month for the last three months and they won't close it! I don't have an account number, because I never opened the account. The "lead" person Liilly was a nightmare to deal with. She basically gaslit me and said she wouldn't help me because I didn't have an account and she couldn't find it under my social. She could see the account by looking up my name, but would NOT help me. She told me I'd need to call in to deal with "MY problem." She was so rude! Talked over me, told me the email I was showing her was fraudulent... which is was NOT.The person who opened the fraudulent account, happened to be here in the branch... by chance. He was able ti confirm that the email I redivided was indeed from wepay, Chase!Lilly told mw that she would NOT tech out you the person who created this account, without my permission.... And he was in a cubical 3 down from where she was standing. She said she'd worked here for 20 years, but didn't know who Christian was, even though he was sitting a few feet away from here I don't know what to do about this situation. It's all wrong. Don't use these people for your processing or if you want good customer service. It's awful here. They don't even have a manager, just people who won't help.
