The absolute worst bank and worst customer service I’ve ever seen from a financial institution. Inept, unfriendly, and unhelpful staff. And, not just this location, but both locations I went to for assistance. I’ll never have any type of account with any PNC Bank.

The online banking is great. But if you ever have to go into a bank, I hope you block out half your day. The wait time to get help is outrageous!

Please do not Use this Bank for personal or business they charge your account extra fees and when brought up they have no answer the manager is no help what’s so ever . PNC is one of the worst banks to bank with stay away or you will regret it.

I got the 'bait and switch from the local teller at the Litchfield location. I was promised the $400 promo, and I met the terms, only to find out that he didn't give me correct information. Total waste of time.

Worst customer service. I called the branch twice and each time I was on hold for over 30 minutes, so I decided to schedule a phone call appointment two separate times, one with Christian Orlsland and the other with Brian Rodriguez, and either of them called me. I will be changing banks.

An experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. I needed a loan document and it took me literally 7 phone calls and 2 branch visits before I got it. No Bueno.

Tried to open an account over the phone they advised me to go into a branch. Went into a branch and they told me no one was there to help me open an account. Been banking with BBVA for 20 years. I guess the PNC take over signals my time to switch.

I've spent 59 hours on the phone trying to get ahold of an agent because the branch couldn't do anything to unlock my account - how the heck am I going to be able to pay my car loan!!? Their customer service line kicks you off after 1 hour of holding, they don't have a secured messaging service - yet they recommend contacting them over Twitter? How is that even safe?
