Very knowledgeable and kind employees. Our family loves this store and it’s easy to tell they love us right back. From Linda in the bakery to Logan at bagging we are taken care of so well.
Don’t forget to stop at the Starbucks in store. I love an iced flat white. And their baristas know how to make a really good cup of coffee.

I watch a cashier help 4 other people before helping me after the 3rd person. I reminded her that I had been waiting. She told me someone would come help me but no one ever did after about 15 minutes a female cane over abd cleared the code, but then had guy that was standing by the dry ice came to help. Prices are decent but the service and cleanliness of the store needs improvement.

I regret it everytime I come here. More expensive than the other stores nearby and I have to wait everytime at self checkout. Always only one cashier no matter how many people are waiting

I am not a regular customer yet to Bashas yet and I realized I needed to use a loyalty card I did not have. When I got to the register I requested to sign up for one. The cashier told me I had to sign up online using my PC or phone. I did not have my phone with me so I put the sale items and everything else I purchased back and left the store without a purchase. I have signed up for loyalty cards at the register in every store I have ever gone to and as a result of the poor customer service I experienced I likely will never return to Bashas. Every store has similar prices and sale items, maybe a week or two apart, but I will shop these stores instead.

Didn't honor GoodRX prices, which they are contractually obligated to do so. Wasted my time when I was needing to fill a prescription.

i called the store three times, wanting the bakery. Finally I was transferred to the Deli. I use to love this store. Can't believe the service. Now I have been on hold for 6 minutes. Finally got the bakery . The lady did apologize. She is working by herself.

Usually I love this place and the butcher. But the butcher here for some reason doesn't like to get off his phone or help a customer out with any service. Twice now I've come to see the same guy asking for the same thing for him tell me he can't cut some meat for me. I would understand if there was a line or if he was maybe busy cutting other meats but for a guy sitting on his a** looking at his phone, you would think doing your job might help your day go by quicker.

Every time I come to this bashas I leave asking myself "why do I come here?" Why in gods name would you put in MORE self checkouts when you couldn't manage them before. At least when you had 3 you had someone cover it if assistance was needed. Now you have 6 and not a person in site, ever. Today waited for 5 minutes. Would have been more but at the 5 minute mark I just left. Ever since what seemed to be a manager change the store has really suffered, especially the service. The current manager has absolutely zero customer service skills so it makes sense the rest of the store has joined his lead. But at least my question was answered today. The answer is I won't be coming back again.

Absolutely refuse to put chompies keto bread on the shelf that has a label for the product. Customer service doesn't even respond to my complaints about the issue any more. Bread aisle is usually in trashed. Value packs of meat are excessive. Some of the newer cashiers look more like they show ld be working somewhere not seen by customers
