I went to the Verizon store in Laveen. My phone had major issues & I had to replace it ASAP. Jose from that location was awesome!! He was very knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and professional! I recommend him & this location 100 %! I will definitely be returning to this location when needed. Thank you!

not sure why there are still physical store locations for Verizon. Wanted to get home 5G internet, they filled out the form but model was shipped to home. When returned item due to speed I was told the store can not cancel it for me I have to call myself and then return the modem
