This is a zero star rating!!!ABSOLUTELY OUT OF POCKET!!!About 5mins ago I came in to rent the pick up truck I only needed it for a not even three hours, the dude behind the counter said he needed the truck before 5pm I told him I can get the truck back by 3 and he refused to rent it to me. And started to laugh and act unprofessional.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The truck we rented was in great shape. I recommend this location. They have all the stuff you need to move or haul.

When I left Kingman after picking up my trailer, I was told I would get help to get my car off the trailer at the drop-off location. We struggled to get the car off the trailer. The employees did not offer to help once, (I even offered to tip them generously if they could help) just kind of gave me the "not my problem” look and walked away several times. Even saw one of the guys taking photos/videos of our bad situation. Is that really how you treat customers? Laughing at their misfortune? I'd bet it got posted somewhere on the internet. At one point the GM came out, while a nice guy, but again no offer of help by any means to assist. I ended up paying two guys driving in the facility $100/Each to help me unload the car. | will never forget how these people made me feel standing in the 110+ degree heat. What happened to just being a good human and helping out your customers? Completely unacceptable.

I can’t say anything bad about the employees or the unit itself. My only complaint is the guy that’s clearly living on site. He’s staying in the climate controlled area. He just gives us all weird vibes. The girls don’t like going without me. It shouldn’t be that way.

They're great.... except I came early one morning and wasn't able to actually get out through the exit door because trucks were parked in the way... other than that one experience... They're great...

The only complaint about this spot is that people tend to block the entrance for the 24/7 storage for clients. If corporate sees this, you guys need a system to charge extra for blocking the entrance. This happens very frequently and has been the only issues so far.

I never complain but to have the truck check engine light come on and the truck to stal only driving for 10mins 2. 1:45pm in 114degree weather wait for customer service to get some to check the truck.... telling them it's a engine problem and it need to be towed they decide to bring a road side help besides a tow thinking it was the battery 3. 2:53pm guy gets there, no suprise it's a engine problem the spark plug is bad and he said he was going to call the tow...... he left never called the tow and we waited another hour to call customer service again 4. Tow truck gets there at 4:30pm mind you it's "114degrees" outside...... we talk to him he said he will tow it and because of the issue and I'm down the street he can take it back 5. 6:30pm tow come to my house lets me unlowed my things, after that the tow refuse to take it back the U-Haul down the street because he Said he didn't get no confirmation 6. My key broke off in the lock and they couldn't even cut it off. Funny because if you fail to pay what they gonna do in the end, cut that lock off. ?
