“Crazy story time! My family and I were on the way to the water park when we almost hit a kitten in the middle of the road. I told my boyfriend to pull over and I went into a bush to grab this little guy. We went to our nearest petco to grab the essentials. We ended up spending two hours at this petco because the wonderful manager named Chris was helping us get our new little buddy into the vet. He spent two hours walking us around the store finding the perfect product for our little guy. Then went out of his way to call a bunch of locations to get us into a vet today. We cannot thank him enough for his candor!!”

The only was the parking situation. Because of your neighbors with their restaurant entrance, it makes it difficult to get in and out of parking lot.”
“It's a small hidden shop that isn't too hard to find. The employees aren't the friendliest but they definitely sell some great cages. These cages have made handling messes and feeding easier with the easy access doors and removable bottom tray for puppy pads.”
“Our dog Daisy was very old and was having troubles ranging from painful joints to peeing herself without knowing. After lots of research it became clear that it was just age and nothing could be done. We reached out to all kinds of place about end-of-life care and everyone was booked months out, not answering calls, or wanted to charge a fortune. I called PetSmart and they were able to take a look at Daisy the same day. The Vet confirmed our research and said it was time to put Daisy to sleep. The staff was extremely kind, gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye inside a private room. While not something I wish upon anyone, if you do need end of life care for your animal, PetSmart made sure the situation was as caring and empathetic as it could be.”

“I’ve been coming to Petco grooming for about 3 years & have always had a pleasant experience but for the first time I had my dog bathed here. Odessis I believe was her name…was absolutely AMAZING! I accidentally got my appointment date mixed up but she found a way to fit me into the schedule thankfully! She was very helpful. I will be scheduling all my dogs future appointments with her!”
