Their ATM swallowed my card due to a power outage and the “manager” was completely unhelpful. I could SEE the card just barely in the machine— trust me. I spent long enough standing out in the rain after her staff told me it would eventually spit it back out once the machine rebooted (which of course it never did). Instead of getting a key to get it out for me, she tells me she’ll shred it instead. Policy, you know? Now I’m SOL in an emergency situation. What a joke.

I was in this branch today and they were having some computer issues. Everyone in line was told they could only do deposits and withdrawals. After waiting in line for about 35 minutes was then told I could not withdraw more than 2500.00 from my account. They should have told everyone in line instead of wasting our time.I have been trying to call all day to get an update so I can withdraw the money I need and its IMPOSSIBLE to get through! Answer your phone!!

I went to well fargo today to cash a check from my customer whom I did cleaning for, I do not have an account with them just wanted to cash check I recently lost my driver's license and have copy from. Mvd and a visa debit card as second ID. Because I did ot have plastic drivers license they would not cash check said I have to wait until get in mail I need the Cash to pay an important payment . I am so angry now im a 100 short . Obviously im am who.i say I am my photo copy had picture etc I got from mvd the police will accept these on your phone. The manager was very rude I wouldn't bank here ever!!!

I've been using this branch for a few years and definitely have my share of experiences here. However, I needed to open a new business account and I ended up with an appointment with Samantha DelBello.My experience with her changed everything I hated about going into the bank. She got things done quickly and effectively. Yes, it's kind of a long process to open a business account especially with all the extras I needed but she didn't miss a beat. My whole experience was friendly, professional, respectful, no b.s., and no waiting.I appreciate the perfect service I received at Wells Fargo, Lake Havasu from Samantha and wasn't going to miss the opportunity to speak up about it.Thank you Samantha!

I have had Wells Fargo for many many years. I recently had a check that was on hold (government check) and they would not budge by releasing it. It was not a large check and Tania (the manager) was telling me that she would get fired if she released it. Clearly a flat out lie. Terrible experience, I called my home branch where I opened my account and they released the check. So much for customer service these days. I will not be going back there and will happily be closing my account next week. I understand the system has certain safety and protection features but looking at history and high balances over the years I have been with them should have been a no brainer. Sorry you just lost a good customer.

Paid a guy who did yard work 1380.00, his bank wells Fargo deposited 13.80 in his account. So we meet him at well Fargo to make it right, use our credit card to make up the difference n wells Fargo charges our account 40.98 for a non ATM cash fee , it was their mistake, just not right, pretty sad when a bank screws you

Nothing good about this bank, call them at 928 453 1888 and a recording comes on that says, "Bankers at this location are not available to take your call". Absolutely, NO customer service!! I needed service so I e-mailed our business banker and his e-mail bounced back to me, so I called him, no answer no message machine. I then contacted another business banker, at the same location, same thing happened e-mail bounced back to me, no answer no message machine. We are in the process of changing banks and will NOT tolerate a business entity that does NOT provide customer service.
