Had my boat served. Will not be back. They broke as much as they repaired. My back storage cushion cover hinge was broken and detached. My engine trim gauge was broken. My boat was delivered for service with the cover on. After service the cover was not replaced. I was told there would be a charge for putting it back on.

This place is amazing. Donna specifically is so helpful and easy to work with. Super friendly and knowledgeable and no pressure. I hate dealing with salespeople, but I would go back here in a heartbeat! Such a positive experience:)

I was looking for a travel trailer for about 7 months. I tried camping world and other outlets and it just seemed like everyone just wanted to make a buck and pressure me into buying something I wasn't interested in. I definitely wasn't going to just settle on a trailer that was just ok. I was out running errands and passed by their lot and noticed a trailer out front that looked appealing. I swung in and started to walk around. The sales person came out and took me on a tour of all the trailers which was amazing and time consuming for him. Prior to leaving I noticed they just got a 2021 keystone hideout in and were cleaning it. I asked with crossed fingers if it was available and they said yes. This was the model I had been looking for over the last 7 months. It had 2 entry doors, big new kitchen, walk around queen bed, and sleeps 10 ppl. We are only 2 ppl but love the extra space. What surprised me was the outside kitchen and outside fireplace. It also had a 50' TV and inside fireplace as well as a huge hidden pantry. Since the purchase I have upgraded everything. This is the upgraded luxury living while adventuring we needed since we both work hard. Now we can play hard and do it in style and comfort. I'm about $8000 in on solar, duel propane generators, sway bar, electric bike rack and other furnishings. Making a second home has been fun and I owe it to the team at US RV & Marine. Where do I begin! First a virtual hug and shout out to Donna who got us straight! We pulled in because we were having trouble letting down our suntracker pontoon cover. After giving us a brief tongue lashing for traveling with it up she assisted with showing us how to properly let it down and zip the cover on it. So we thought we were all set to hit the road and she comes running out after noticing the engine wasn’t properly up and the dealership we purchased it from mounted our grill over the gas tank. One spark from the propane tank and a possible BOOM! After realizing we are new boat owners she walked around the boat to make sure it was safely secured and the trailer was hitched properly. Her years of experience with boats was obvious and I wish we had come to them first prior to purchasing from Bass Pro. Thank you Donna for everything. We had a smooth trip home. Nicole & Charles

Donna was awesome. We came out to look at boats and others in town were trying to push us past our budget. Donna answered all of our questions and showed us boats in our price range. She was really knowledgeable and didn't play any games. We are very happy with boat we bought and definitely recommend Donna at USA.
