I am only giving 1 star because I have to, The most unproffesional company, not to mention the attitude I received from Tony after the BIG mistake they made, they did give me back my deposit however put me in a situation where I had to get stone and a new granite installer fast, I did which I guess everything happens for a reason, my kitchen turned out exactly how I wanted. Everything with Prostone was such a headache. Hopefully they will learn how to treat customers.

They put in quartz counter tops in our kitchen & did a really good job that we had them put new quartz counter in our bathroom very knowledgeable & true to their word with scheduling

We have worked with the folks at Pro Stone in Lake Havsu on two houses and have been absolutely impressed with the friendly service and attention to details that they provided for both Jobs. Their patience, professionalism and understanding of their product line made it easy for us to pick out a design and layout for both houses. We also found the cost to be reasonable and lead times shorter than others. Our kitchens look remarkable and we are happy. We highly recommend Jeremy, Tony and the rest of the folks at Pro Stone for your countertop or remodeling needs.

We recently purchased granite countertops for our home remodel and Pro Stone did amazing. We were on a tight schedule because I was 8 months pregnant and trying to get our house finished before my due date. They worked fast and had our countertops cut and installed in less than 2 weeks.Beautiful countertops and the best customer service.

Pro Stone Source was a good find. I have a home in Parker, AZ and I went to several places in Lake Havasu, AZ trying to find someone to install new granite counter tops. Pro Stone was my choice. They are professional from sales to the install. They communicated with me ever step of the way. The template technician created a template using digital technology and the installation crew was a problem solving pair. During the demo they found an issue that could have prevented the install from continuing but they put their heads together, solved the problem and I have the most beautiful granite tops ever. My counters turn out better than I imagined. I would recommend Pro Stone to anyone.

We found Pro Stone through Yelp though they did take two days to respond and their communication on any Q&C's a few days slow to respond ended up still being a very good business to work with. Thank goodness we got to work with Bruce during our initial walk-in show room (which is good size to find what you're looking for) who was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and kind. Did not rush try to over or under sale us. It took about 3 1/2 weeks to get quartz counter tops in, but they showed up when they said they would and got the job done within a few hours. I do need to back up a little explain the process.First the shopping in the show room then ordered, said we'd get a call from template/measure guy within a week (we did) once they had the measurements we received an email within another week needing our approval for the fabrication to begin. The entire process wasn't to bad at all though one thing you should be aware of is they asked for 50% down on order and the remaining 50% once you give them the green light (approval) so your basically giving them the total amount before you get your product. As I said above they did what they said they would do and did a good job! just lacked in the communication a bit. Bottom line We have already recommended this company. Thank You Pro Stone Source

Very impressed how professional these guys were. When they did the demo they were very clean and cognizant of keeping the dust to a minimum. During the install they kept everything very clean. All the guys were outstanding to work with. Would highly recommend them for your projects.

Boy times have changed... been dealing with Jeremy for approx 15 years.., won't return calls. Sold directly to my customer.. best guess he's not charging taxes....evidently he forgot I'm the General Contractor... No problem... I will just pull my permit of job and he can deal direct with my customer..,, good luck

What an awesome experience getting the guys from Pro-stone to install our beautiful new counter tops. The showed up to every appt on time, very knowledgeable and professional about all things counter tops. They walked me through the different stones, the different sink options, the edging and any specialty edges that were available. I appreciate all the effort they put forth in getting the job done very quickly. I love they way my counter tops look. Highly recommend their services

I was told this was a good contractor and the best in Lake Havasu. I hired them to install granite countertops in my kitchen. They took almost 4 months to complete the install. First problem was the day the install was scheduled they called indicating they broke one of the pieces while loading. It took them several weeks to schedule the install again. The installers installed the granite but seemed to be in a big hurry to leave that day so they left without me(the customer) checking the work and I guess they didn’t care how it was installed. Turns out they installed the sink and never checked to see if the sink cabinet face drawers worked properly. The drawers did not open because the sink install was not done correctly. So I had to call them and tell them they didn’t install it correctly. Why didn’t the installers check that? Did they check and realize they didn’t install it correctly and just wanted to leave quickly? Extremely unprofessional. So how long did it take for them to come back out and fix it...almost 2 months. Once again extremely unprofessional. Finally to top it all off, if your wanting the leftover granite pieces from the slabs you purchased, don’t bother, they don’t save those pieces, they just throw it away. Sorry folks, this isn’t my first rodeo with a granite installer, the others I’ve used have always asked if I wanted the leftover pieces, after all, I paid for them. Bottom line I’ll never recommend this contractor nor will I use them again.

Steer clear of Pro Stone as they can't be trusted to finish your job! I'm a contractor in another state and I've tried to treat them well as I would want to be treated but as you can see from my screen shot, they will ghost you once they have been paid. Look at the dates and tell me I haven't been super patient and nice to them, maybe I shouldn't have been though because being nice has obviously got us nowhere... I had other projects to do in Havasu but I wouldn't trust them with your project or money if they just look at each of their customers as a one-time ''how can we screw you over and were done with you job'' once you pay them good luck getting them to finish or return if you have any problems!

My second Bar Table in my pool was broken again on a party weekend and I went on the search for better, more durable tables as they are super expensive and heavy.. After an exhausted and disappointing search through local pool companies, online sources, and social media, I decided to research having one made through the local stone and granite companies.. On my fifth stop I scored with Tony and the crew at ProStone.. I told them what wanted and needed and they provided the options. My previous tables had been 3/4" granite and I went with 3cm (1.25" thick) Aracruz Granite Travestine. I was quoted a very fair price and estimated delivery date. I was surprised a week later that my table tap was ready and set up a delivery date weeks earlier than expected. The boys showed up with my new beautiful Bar Table and they even got in the pool with me to install it !!! I highly recommend this company as I am completely satisfied and would give them 10 stars...
