I wish I could give them 100 stars! Dave and his entire crew were amazing! After our So Called Contractor Left us High and Dry and we were dangling in the wind and the only good thing that Horrible Fake Contractor did, was tell us to use Oasis for our Counter tops. We were left High and dry and basically had to start over from Scratch. Dave helped us pick up our Broken Pieces and get us where we need to be. He even went out of his way to get us help on the things that Oasis DID NOT DO! I cannot say enough about this company and the people that work for Oasis!

Oasis flooring was super responsive and up front about timeline and pricing. Caleb was easy to work with and his team knocked the work out in a timely manner despite our home being on the California side. Would recommend them to anyone!

I paid 11k to completely tile a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo which was quite a bit for me. Based on the price and showroom I had high expectations. When they finished they never cleaned any grout so months later I still have grout stains, my fresh paint had hand prints everywhere and they damaged a door jam. Be ready to clean. Because they only do cleaning on new construction jobs.

This place never returns phone calls after they complete work. They do not stand behind what they do. Horrible customer service. Trust me, you do not want to do business with them. Go elsewhere.

Make sure you ask up front what their timeframe is to get started. I will give them credit for getting a bid to me quickly but after going over the bid, I was told we cant start your job for 8 weeks. I think I should have been told up front as I was in there going over materials 3 times before a bid took place. Otherwise, I believe this is a reputable company that produces good work.

Do not have any work done by this company. They do not stand behind their work. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I had a kitchen remodel done by them. Two tiles on my backsplash were cracked during installation. A very simple job to just take them off and replace them. I called the company every two weeks for the past six months and they refuse to return my calls. The secretary confirmed to me "I let the management team aware of your situation. I do not understand why they won't return your calls." I have a lot of friends looking to remodel their kitchens and I will never recommend Oasis. I already reported them to the BBB. After taking my money all I ask for is a return phone call. They can't even do that. Their work is not very sharp either. Lots of jagged cuts and not a clean job. Do your research, lots of better companies in Lake Havasu that can do the job.

Fantastic experience with Oasis Tile. They just completed a remodel of our bathroom. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Caleb is an AMAZING designer... he helped us to select everything and it came out totally beautiful.We had such a wonderful experience that they are now remodeling our entire house.Highly recommended!!!

This place should be shut down! Employees are rude and they over quote you on prices, I ordered Teragren Bamboo had it shipped all the way from Washington (Greenhome solutions; which I highly recommend and you may order online) I paid $2,500.00 less at Greenhome solutions even after paying 300 for shipping. I recommend that anyone purchasing new flooring order from Greenhome solutions or look into Las Vegas flooring retailers.
