“I have visited many UPS stores but this particular store surpasses most others in customer service. The staff is efficient and thorough. They take the time to answer customers questions and are very patient while customers look up the bar codes on their phones. The lines are long but usually move very quickly. The staff greets each customer and gets the job done”
“When it comes to local and very friendly this place is the poster child. I needed a mailbox and some details worked out and some advice about processing the address change with USPS with the least amount of aggravation. I don't use the term "warm n fuzzy" in my reviews but this place has that feel. They can handle all shipping needs, will be happy to check to see if you've got mail for you over the phone and hold packages to large for mailbox and inform you...that's class act service right there. “This husband and wife team are absolutely amazing. They arrived at 7am just like they said they would and installed our beautiful new mailbox. They could have left it at that, but no. They finished the job as if it was their own property, moving rocks and a large boulder. It all looks fantastic. We could not be more happy”
