It is now 12 days after leaving the vacation rental in great shape. Gave them 1,030 dollars in security deposit for 3 days stay. They charged me a 150 dollar cleaning fee upfront in cash. Now after hounding them down for days they finally responded by saying I won't be receiving my full security deposit because I left 2 tied trash bags in the kitchen. I was supposed to put them in the binsb although no one warned me. I even drove down to meet them in person because they wanted me to pay cash for the rental. What was my initial cleaning fee for I asked, they couldn't even respond. The girl Laura who I had dealt with the whole time brushed me off to the owner of the property Jamie who is extremely rude older woman who said she had to pay to remove the two trash bags...... I'm waiting til labor day weekend is over to report them to the local agencies but wanted to give everyone a heads up. If your thinking about renting from them, just don't. Learn from my experience and all the other poor people robbed of their money and just don't deal with these crooks!! If I get my money back I will update you. I will drive back there to take them to small claims court if I have to. If anyone else who had this experience would like to join me in pursuing our money back please respond to this post. I am a license attorney so I will handle everything and make sure you stay as anonymous as possible. Thanks for reading my post, have a safe and fun trip and consider yourself warned.

Again rented from Lake Havasu Vacation Rentals. We stayed at Kings View, as usual. This time, my husband called & set everything up for Labor Day weekend. No problems. Worked with Cheryl. Each time we rent, we get a different unit then the one before. Can't bear to admit it but, AGAIN we/I left with 1 house key in my possession. Hubby received a text, he replied that we would double check when we get home. Replied again "found it!", her response was please mail back in a padded envelope. No anger, no threats, no problems. I think if you respect owners property, leave the property relatively clean..you won't have a problem. We don't know the rental owner or any staff. We've dealt mostly via email & text. Again, not understanding the poor reviews.

This company is a rip-off! Believe the reviews, they are true! First we booked the place over a month in advance and then 2 days before they insisted on a $1000 security deposit that was outside the initial agreement. We hesitantly put it on an Amex just in case and 1 week after we left they went silent on us and reported to the 3rd party app that the house was clean. 1 month later after not getting the security deposit back we started making calls and asking questions only to talk to the owner of the company saying that we voided our security deposit because they found dog hair in the house. We don't have dogs.... He showed us pictures of stains in the bedrooms and insisted there were dogs present which is just such balogne. That's when we looked the company up on BBB and yelp and found out we weren't the only ones scammed. I hope this review warns people of the business ethics of this place. I could see arguing a few hundred dollars or something but this company is looking for any and every excuse (Even when they falsely create the excuse) to not pay you back a dime. I'll be honest, The house was nice, for $2600 for a weekend it better be nice right? The owners though, they are just being greedy and scamming people. It's so sad when businesses do this to customers, Stay away friends!

The people who run this are very rude. The house was ok, but overall a horrific experience. I would never use these people for anything ever again. If u want to enjoy your vacation go somewhere else.

The rental office always goes out of its way to find unit in our complex for guests.They done this during busy weekends holidays and short notice. We appreciate their good service.

ZERO STARS for this horrible place. After staying there for a week, we are currently at this moment being accused of stealing wash clothes, leaving bags of trash but they were just recyclables and left for someone to hopefully go turn in for money, when we were trying to check in and pay for the week the office was 35 minutes behind schedule on opening. And when was opened was very disorganized in seeing the lady told us that she couldn't find the other set of pool keys, then later accused us of losing the key when we never got another set. The first day we got in there we had cockroaches running around, this was not only a one day occurance there was bugs every single day, it was absolutely disgusting. We even took pictures to prove it. They make us pay for a cleaning fee but when we got into our room on the first day it was not clean at all, we had to wipe down the glass tables, the floors were not mopped or cleaned just briefly swept. This is our third year of staying there and we've always had great communication with the owner in scheduling vacation times, and now that there is a complaint we get no response. WE WILL NEVER return to this disorganized and unprofessional behavior due to the actions of the owner and the unoraganized rental agency.
