“Why did I give rooms a 3 star? Hair, there were hairs in my towels. The room was relatively clean. The bed was not so comfy. The grounds were tidy and clean. The young lady that checked me in was a super star ? the male that checked me out was polite. I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you ?”

“Really enjoyed our stay at The Heat. The view was terrific, perfect view of the London Bridge. Nice angle, too, where you could see the colors of the sunset, but the sun never shown directly onto the balcony, keeping it cool. The bed was very comfortable. The separate sitting room was really convenient so I could watch shows late, and he could go to bed early. The bathroom was really nice with a modern design, and I wanted to steal the shower. I also enjoyed walking along the channel to the park and across the bridge to all the shops and visitors center. My only complaints are that there were no good places to charge your devices (all the plugs were far from the furniture), the hallways were really stark, and could use some artwork, and I never found the safe that was supposedly in the room according to the note on the back of the door. I was also bummed I didn't have time to rent one of the paddleboards they had available. That looked so fun.”
“This is a nice place. The people were super nice and accommodating. The room was nice. The kitchenette had everything you need to cook with and sleeper sofa in the little living room area. Dog friendly. Has a small area for dogs to relieve themselves across the parking lot and pick up bags available. It was very convenient for us since we were there for appointments. We will stay here again.”
“Two of us, each one with dogs, spent the night at this Travelodge, and we were extremely pleased with the value, rooms, and service. Both rooms were clean and quite large, beds and pillow were very comfortable, and area was very quiet. Pet fee was a very reasonable $15 for each room, and they don't require some outlandish, unreasonable deposit like many hotels do. We don't hesitate to recommend Travelodge and will definitely stay here in the future.”
“We booked literally while 5 minutes away after getting treated very rudely at a previous hotel. Easy process and the owners were very nice and helpful. Pretty much 1 bedroom condos with kitchens. Plenty of parking and had room for the boat. Will definitely be returning.”

“Great service. A food and beverage worker, Maria, was very helpful, pleasant, and friendly! The beds are very comfortable as well. Rooms are a little older but clean.
Also, as we were leaving we had issues with our car and the owner and other workers took the time to help!
Rooms: Beds are so comfortable!
Nearby activities: Very close to London Bridge and most places we wanted to go
Food and drinks: Maria, who was working during our stay, went out of her way to help and we appreciate it!”

Take a right out of the hotel and a short walk away is London Bridge, located in vibrant London Village, very pretty at night. We had inexpensive burger and fries at In and Out Hamburger over the road, great value for money”

“Nice small place. Rooms are nice, not much extra rapace in them though. Small tv, nice fridge and microwave. Good ice machine. Wasn't bugged by the staff. Nice bed.”
“Room was good. Wifi was hard to get and even when I was able to figure it out it was not stable. I do not recommend it for business - bring your own hotspot!
Key card did not always work - even staff had a hard time getting them to work.
Overall, it was an ok experince.”
“Was actually a great place to stay for the price. Wasn’t sure about staying here after reading the reviews but it turned out to be a great place at a terrific price. Was a little out dated but room was nice, clean and quiet. A/C worked fantastic. Great central location to everything. Gentlemen at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly.”

“The vertical blinds in our room were broken & some were missing, wifi is slow (cell service was great ski that didn't matter for me) but other than that it's a great place for the price w/ a beautiful view of the lake located minutes from London Bridge/the channel.
Our room had a clean, comfy King bed, large fridge, a microwave, coffee pot w/ coffee & is pet friendly w/ a grass area for walking pets. Ordred eats and dash but had no problem with delivery of our orders quick and on time (their kitchen is currently closed).
The service is friendly and the location is quiet & just a few minutes from London Bridge/the channel. We will be staying here again for sure!”

“While this is not a 5* hotel, it is a nice hotel with a good location near the lake. The room was dated but clean. It does have a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was a little springy, but I am not used to a spring mattress. The guy at the front desk was nice and friendly. The price was great. We would stay there again.”
