We were a party of 4 in town for the Havasu Balloon Festival. I was pleasantly surprised to find out while we were checking in that wi-fi was available for up to 5 devices for free. In Oregon and Nevada the Worldmark's charge you.Parking your car you need to be careful . Not much room due to center beams holding up the structure of the rooms. The complex has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs . 1 pool and one hot tub were being resurfaced and were closed. The room was clean and very quiet. Complimentary coffee and hot chocolate at the front desk.Would recommend to any of my friends or family if they were in Lake Havasu .

Rooms small, near road and very noisy with doors open. Near downtown and convenient. Floor of room was poorly repaired from water damage. Bed was super comfortable.

We rented this condo for a few days. Nice pool and spa. Free little mini golf course. Only 1.5 miles from the London Bridge area where all the shops are. I think it was a great value for the money.Nearby activities: London Bridge area.

Lots of stairs. Large step into the room. The room was clean. My biggest was all the stairs. There was a humming all night. The location was good for tourists. The view was not good.

Clean rooms with everything you need. We extended our stay for another night on short notice and they were happy to accommodate us. The older lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained the sights of the city and encouraged us to stay longer next time. It was nice to be made welcome.

I've stayed at the Dunes a few times and have enjoyed both stays. The rooms are condo style. The Lake is right in view. Sunrises and sets are gorgeous. They have 3 pools and were polite, friendly and professional with me. I dont always stay here during business, however, it's another hotel or the Dunes resort for me.

We stayed in May for a pickleball tournament. The day we were to check out we had an early game (7am). We asked if we could check out late so we didn't have to leave the tournament to load up. We were promptly told NO. The resort was not even close to full. We loaded all our stuff and took it to my sisters unit who was staying a day longer. All day our unit sat not cleaned as it obviously was not booked. We left the resort at 6 pm and our unit still had not been cleaned. They should be more accommodating when able. I am sick and tired of this 10 am check out time! COVID is over- they need to go back to a 12:00 check out time! No more excuses that they can't hire staff etc, etc. When I bought my membership it was with a noon check out- not 10 am!

The room was great and ours was literally a few steps from the pool. Security was visible and friendly. It is nice to have a full kitchen. All appliances and AC worked great. Clean and comfortable.

Rooms were kept nice. They appear to have been upgraded recently, but with a standard grade quality. Not bad, but not great either. They have 3 pools, so no matter where you are, you're close to one! Pool/BBQ areas are nice! They have nice little putting greens by each pool also. Nothing to write home about, but entertaining for the little ones. The service was great. They have many items, from pool toys to kitchen items, that you can check-out from the front office. The noise from the highway and frontage road is loud if you are in the units closer to them. If you are in the back units, it's not that noticeable. We were in a back unit, and we couldn't even hear it inside, just when stepped outside. The noise is noticeable by the pool also. Not disruptive, but noticeable.

This resort is super cute. The room was small but cozy, had everything you would need in a little kitchenette, including a blender and a toaster. The areas outside of each room have fun games like corn hole and putt putt, and the pool was lovely. It's close to everything, we went right across the street to access the dunes and lake, and less than a mile from the London Bridge. The staff was welcoming and friendly and were set up with an ice cream bar one of the days we were there! Super fun, highly recommend. Would also be great for families with kids.

We knew nothing about this resort except what we could see in photos on their site, but boy were we pleasantly surprised! It's beautifully maintained with many amenities. The one bedroom condo was clean, well stocked and small but plenty roomy for the two of us. We'll definitely be back!

It’s a beautifully, clean resort. Was built with good craftsmanship. Granite in kitchen. Nice tile work in bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked with a good knife set. Room even has a broom and manual vacuum. A tv in living area and bedroom. The air conditioning works very well. The resort is set in three sections each having their own pool area with hot tub, and gas grilling area. Beautiful outdoor areas with astroturfing. The timeshare buildings have car ports under the rooms and the normal rentals have car ports in the parking lot. The indoor photos that I took are of the normal rental areas. There are one and two bedroom options. I got the one bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. This is a big difference between most other resorts that I stay at. Oh ya! They have a sunscreen dispenser at the pools!!Nearby activities: Lake Havasu is right across the street and the famous London bridge and other attractions are just a short distance down the roadSafety: I would feel very safe here.Walkability: People are always walking, running, and bicycling the well maintained sidewalks that run the road along the LakeNoteworthy details: Comfortable furniture, outdoor cooking, fully stocked kitchen, friendly staff

This property was easy to find coming from the south as it is one of the first properties on the right side of the road. The check-in process was pain free as there was nobody ahead of me. It seemed to be pretty uncrowded overall, thus making it quiet. There are three pools and jacuzzis across the property, but they are pretty small pools. A real plus was that under my unit was a carport. It seems to be that every room is up a flight of stairs. The customer center did not seem to be operational and in fact they had some construction going on. The property was within 2 miles of just about everything needed: groceries, restaurants, movies, London Bridge. Overall a nice stay.Rooms: I was in what they called a studio room but it had one bedroom with a door. Very small kitchen area but this worked very nicely for a solo traveler.Nearby activities: London Bridge no more than 2 mi away. Restaurants within a mile. Lake visible from the property.Walkability: Not very close to anything you would want to walk to but a very nice neighborhood just up the hill from the property. That made for a nice walk.
