I cannot get through to a live person on the phone, there is no option to choose "Representative," and unable to connect with anyone in Live Chat. Do I have to drive up to the branch to ask a simple question??

A lot of tourist pass through here so WARNING if you are not from here DO NOT use this bank their ATMs don't work and they DO NOT take responsibility for them ..the customer service from supervisor is even worse no help what so ever ..make the trip to needles there is a bank there !

My debit card has been hacked 4 times this year ?. Two weeks ago I went in for a replacement card, the machine is down, I call the main branch and the CSR was absolutely RUDE. Alisa at the Havasu branch could care less. I have taken my business elsewhere. These people are rude, unethical and uncaring

Havasu Community Credit Union (a division of LA Financial Federal Credit Union) is the only existing credit union in the city of Lake Havasu.
Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers, or attends school in LA County or Lake Havasu City, AZ. Family members related to a LA Financial or Havasu Community Credit Union member or employee are also eligible to join.
We are a not-for-profit organization, owned by our members. We don't have stockholders to answer to, instead we're here to help you get where you want to go in life.
This means that the earnings, minus operating expenses, are returned to the members in the form of higher deposit rates and lower loan rates.
