Bought a door, took mine in for proper measurements to cut holes. Got it back May 30th and it didn’t line up so door won’t lock/secure closed. Two weeks later and still waiting for them to “fix” the problem. They can’t find someone to come “fix” it they said. Filed CC dispute and called a contractor and had an appt in less than 5 mins. What they couldn’t fix or didn’t seem to care for 2 weeks about. Only when I informed them I was filing a CC dispute did they miraculously find a contractor. But too little too late.

We called the Door Shop in Lake Havasu City needing a repair to our Enclosed Blinds on our French Patio Doors. Kathy stated that their repair schedule was about 2 weeks up but suggested that we review a repair video online that might fix our problem. She emailed us the link and It worked!!! Wow, Great Service. Thanks Kathy for your direction. Saved us time and money. We highly recommend this company!!!
