We had problems with our rented RV. Mike and team went above and beyond to help us. The customer service level was brilliant and service was quick and fast. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely disappointed with the level of professionalism and follow through with this company. We were looking at a 5th wheel that was for sale, we noticed it had some issues, small things that we believed should be fixed. We filled out the paperwork to run our credit. In return Erik our sales rep ensured these things would be fixed. We agreed that these things would need to be fixed before we put money down as we refuse to be taken advantage of. We filled out the credit app and got the approval as a place holder. We wait 5 - 7 days.
Erik ensure these things are getting worked on and fixed for us. We are initially happy about that. Then we go down there today. Come to find out all of that talk was nothing but a lip service. Erik had no intention of fixing any of the issues we brought to his attention. Instead he responds with we will fix it once you put money down. This is completely unacceptable.
As a sales rep your word is your bond and if you word doesn't mean crap then we will not do any business with a disgusting company like this one.
We made three separate trips from Kingman which is about an hour away one way. A total of 6 hours driven just to be lied too, manipulated and taken advantage of. Absolutely disgusting behavior from this company.
If anyone is in the market for an RV avoid this place like the plague. They will give you false promises then when it comes time to make things happen they will act stupid and demand money.
FYI Hava style, we were going to put the deposit down today as long as we saw you held up your end of the bargain. You didn't and now you lost out on a 40k sale. Will warn all my rv friends to steer away from this awful company. A sales men who cannot follow through on the things he says is a gigantic red flag. Chances are there will be more issues on the rv. Dodged a bullet I bet.

Hava Style is the place to go if you are having issues with your RV. Unlike the first two options, Hava Style was able to fix an electro problem I was having. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. And the staff were also very friendly and welcoming. I am so grateful my RV is fixed!!?

We had a GREAT experience at Hava Style Recreation. They were able to resolve multiple issues quickly, including ones missed by other dealers, and documented everything so we could submit the costs of repairs for warranty reimbursement. Jaimie and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly and generous with their time to answer our questions. We would highly recommend them if you're in the Lake Havasu area. 5 out of 5 stars!

Needed some parts for my fifth wheel, and was looking for a black water transfer tank while in LHC. The young lady behind the parts counter was fantastic! Found the right parts for my rv, and since I am in need of a black water tank larger than what they have, she pointed me in the direction to where I can get one immediately. Thank you Jamie (hope I spelled her name correctly)!

Arrived in Lake Havasu mid afternoon and realized our fridge in the RV was not working. Went to Hava Style Recreation late afternoon and they said to bring the trailer in early the next morning. We dropped the trailer off at 8:00 AM and received a call an hour later .. the fridge was fixed and we were able to continue on our journey. We received EXCELLANT service and were able to keep all the food in the fridge and most important all the frozen meat etc. in the freezer.
Kam, you and your team are #1 .. the service was as good as it gets. You made our issue a priority and took fantastic care of us.
