4 o’clock appointment to open up a CD waited three days for it 10 minutes early from 350 to 420 there was just cooler talk going on and very very poor service for you put money in their bank seems to me you have quite a few people walking around just gossiping is this way to do a business

Scheduled an appointment, went down to open account. Had to wait 20 mins then they said no appointment were available to reschedule. Won’t be using this bank.

Worst experience at a chase branch. I always cash in checks and never had a problem. The lady was asking me where I got the check, how and if I had printed it out and accusing me of trying to scam. After checking to see if it was real, she realized it was so she deposited it. I had asked a question after as well and she was very rude.

Came in to open a checking account and they said "we can make an appointment for you next week" and I said "fine".....see you next week. I came in for my appointment the following week and sat down with Connie. About five minutes in to the process I told her I would need my wife's maiden name on the account as well because we get a child support payment direct deposited monthly. She rolls her eyes at me and says " I don't know if we will have time to do that...your appointment is only booked for an hour". You've got to be kidding me. I'm ready to close my Bank Of America checking account and deposit almost $200k in a new checking account but you're telling me I have sixty minutes? I noticed a large bottle of Tylenol on her desk as we were waiting for her to try and figure out how to do her job. Sorry Connie....I'm taking my business to Wells Fargo. You need something besides Tylenol.

Luv my Chase bank. Always go to the ATM in the front of the building now. CHASE NEEDS TO FIX THIER ARROWS IN THE DRIVE & LET THE PUBLIC KNOW WHAT DIRECTION NOT TO GO, I ALMOST GOT HIT BCUZ SOME CHICK COMING IN FROM MCCULLOCH BOULEVARD GOIN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF THE ARROWS ALMOST HIT ME. PLEASE FIX THIS BFOR THERES A RECK.

The bank manager here is not helpful at all, and when seemingly things go wrong. You can be sure to count on the tellers, for they seem like the only adults at this branch.

Sat down to see someone today. Was told that my issue could be resolved with the tellers. Waited In line for 5-10 mins before finding out my issue needed to be resolved by calling the number on the back of my card. Horrible service from the first lady

The branch manager Debra Eckert has zero Internet presence. Her incompetance and dishonesty is so amazing, that I will have to file a formal complaint at the highest levels of Corporate. Her business acct opener Tina Bonsang was just amazingly time consuming...with the same two issues.. incompetance and dishonesty. Telling me that my business check deposits(multi-locaton business groups)would not have a hold.. should clear next day, just BofA.. WRONG!! The first check from a 12 loc Med Group.. had a 9 day hold!! Since I control ted her lack of honesty publically in the branch... She had the Branch Manager close my account behind my back...yes, after having to spend over two hours with the Fraud dept, to get my $2205 check cleared... and no problems after that for 3 weeks...BACK STABBED with a no reason closing!! She manufactured me being a risk to have at the branch.. like I might assault someone.. because of my check being on hold for 9 days.. So she had 5 Police Officers show up Right Fter I did... right after she told me to show up to talk about why my acct was being closed... The Fraud Dept told me that I did nothing wrong!! And the also said that it was all decided by the Branch Manager, Debra Eckert who doesn't have any Linkedin page.. or any other platform. This story will go to James Dimon CEO explained in details about the lies andincompetance.. And then SURPRISE!! my Business Acct closed, and by me finding out through customer service, when I was checking about an Intuit payment not received.
