Have a Boost phone for over a year. Paid insurance the entire time. Phone fell and broke, I took it in asked for a new phone and the girl says, " sorry I can't help you"?????? Needless to say I cancelled the $7.00 a month insurance and am looking for a new provider.

Went to get my phone's new sim card and waited about 20 min with 3 people in front of me. Ended up leaving with out upgrading my phone. Only one worker in there but not his fault he was doing the best he could by him self.

Alas! Back on Boost! I was with Boost for 3 years and regretted getting stuck on AT & T for the last couple of years for a "free phone". I went in to changeover to Boost and went through 3 MORE hours of hell with AT & T trying to get my phone unlocked. Never again! So glad to be back with BOOST!

The saleswoman who is usually the 1 who helps my boyfriend and I is absolutely wonderful! I believe her name is Elizabeth but not sure? She goes above & beyond the call of duty to assist us both with our cell phone needs! With my man being an apple user & I'm a Samsung user, our needs can sometimes become a bit demanding... however, this particular sales representative handles ALL of our needs with such grace, knowledge & patience! We're both previous Cricket customers & since joining the Boost family we're now able to have extra spending $ after paying for our monthly service. We both have the newest models of smartphones on the market since Boost has an amazing upgrade program! We couldn't be happier with Boost being our service providers & with their awesome "female" salespeople! The Male rep who assisted my bf on our last visit to Boost didn't know what he was doing (& claimed he did) he factory data reset my bf's device & wiped out all of his important content! Which is why we didn't give the Male sales rep a shout out & felt the female who usually assists us deserves all the glory this time! Keep up the good work Boost, we love you guys :)

Im not good at this stuff, but here Being a customer of boostmobile for over 12 years. I have never had better service then i had in Lake Havasu from Misty. I live in Hawaii and was unable to get the answers I needed as to why I wasnt able to connect my new phone to boost internet service. While visiting my mom in Lake Havasu we went to boost mobile and met Misty. She anwsered every question and then some. I can't say enough about Misty! she went over and beyond to help me out. So appreciative!
