Thumbs up and thank you to the pharmacist on Saturday June 18th. He was very helpful and provided the information we needed to buy the right product. We were on vacation and didn't know what to do. Appreciate the time and effort you put in to help us !!!!

The super cute check out girl Maylissa hopefully i spelt her name right! Gave us great customer service!! She made the check out process so much fun cracking jokes and making us laugh!! She definitely deserves a raise :) 10/10 would come back just to see her

Stopped into Bashas' and still love the store. I enjoy the variety, the layout and the customer service. I found staff was very helpful to find what I needed. And quick to help at self checkout. I am disappointed to see most of the covered parking are missing their tarps. Hope that it gets fixed soon. My understanding they were lost during a wind storm?

Remember the good old days when you spoke to someone they actually answered you? Well....I guess no one taught Patrick Y. that life skill. I actually said thank you twice. I know he heard me Because the second time, he was looking right at me. I guess the long, unkempt pony tail didn't come with manners. I can self checkout bruh. Get over yourself. The produce section is a gamble at best. Picture of the peach I just bought says it all.

If no star was an option. I made my regular stop at the Bashas Deli for thier Bomb Burritos. The Old European Lady was a Typical Rude Karen. The Audacity of her Bigot Attitude in 2021. Like i stated if you don't want to take care of my order, please find someone else who can without being a Racist. Thank You Starbucks Barista you are a Awesome Human. And i believe i and my minor son were the only customers wearing a mask. Admist The Pandemic This Establishment is Ignorant.

This place is a Godsend for me, a girl from Los Angeles who loves to cook with quality ingredients! I recently purchased a home in Havasu up the street from Food City and was so disappointed and disgusted with the selection of meats and seafood. Shopping at Bashas' made me feel like I was at home in my favorite Bristol Farms store! Don't get me wrong, in a place like Havasu, food city caters very well to me with all the dried mexican chillis and spices I need, but for and meat and seafood I will have no problem driving the extra 20 min to Bashas'!

This store allegedly requires masks. If I'd known that they don't enforce that and several shoppers were running around massless, I'd not have shopped here. Now I know and I won't be shot at this store again.

I don't usually purchase sushi in the grocery store but, there's a chef there making fresh Sushi in the deli department . Let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised that it's just as good as going to a Japanese restaurant. I tried the chef sampler A. It had a little bit of everything to try. I would definitely recommend.

NO COVID SAFETY TRULY IN PLACE.I truly understand where we're at, but even if you don't "believe in coronavirus" how can this be acceptable ANYWAY!?I'm disgusted at the community that allows this to happen on a normal day and furious anyone could do this DURING A PANDEMIC.This location truly needs to step up the care they show to their customers and learn to utilize employees to keep the public safe or close your disgusting doors.I couldn't count on one hand the amount of people I had to walk by who were blatantly disrespecting EVERYONE around them by not covering their face cavities so I could get this ice cream. Did anyone ask them to put a mask on or leave? Or let them know they needed to purchase one of the many masks they SELL or they couldn't continue their visit (because your government mandates it whether it's comfortable or not, it's 10-30 minutes in an air conditioned store grow up)And look at this complete lump of BS I can't even enjoy it. I was RISKING MY LIFE AND ABILITY TO VISIT MY ELDERLY FAMILY, and still unsuccessful to just get ONE ~SIMPLE~ luxury for myself. THANKS FOR ADDING TO AN INTENSE DEPRESSION IM SUFFERING BASHAS AND THE HAVASU COMMUNITY.

Had a horrible experience here. The shift supervisor, Jeff is incredibly unprofessional and just plain rude. The moto of this store is "always friendly" he is far from that. Its hard to believe such behavior is condoned by the company. I had a conversation with a different employee and was told this behavior was was common with Jeff. I will not be spending money here again.

I walked in 859pm. Last night at 901 manager comes to Me telling me to go pay and hurry up. I said if you want the customers out here at 910pm max you should close the doors at 830 not at 9. He told me he didn't know what I was talking about. Tall manager kind overweight. Extremely rude. I will never step on that place again.

I was finally able to get to the store on March 21st, 2020. Waste of my time, effort & energy. I needed pretty much everything because I haven't been able to shop in nearly 8 weeks. The only thing I left with was 1 gallon of milk.

The Produce section is terrible. used to be good, not anymore. Produce is expensive and not fresh, goes bad fast, Beware of the meat dept - they have so much GMO products. Really have to watch the labels carefully.
