When it comes to local and very friendly this place is the poster child. I needed a mailbox and some details worked out and some advice about processing the address change with USPS with the least amount of aggravation. I don't use the term "warm n fuzzy" in my reviews but this place has that feel. They can handle all shipping needs, will be happy to check to see if you've got mail for you over the phone and hold packages to large for mailbox and inform you...that's class act service right there. Thanks for all the help.

The Mail service in Parker AZ was closing, so I rented a box from A-1. I was notified today that Parker Mail Center found a buyer and would not be closing. I never used the box at A-1. When I called to cancel it, they said it would remain open until September 2024 and they couldn't close it or offer me even a partial refund.

Long story short: the manager Terry, is super shady, argumentative, and falsely accused me of lying, when I have everything documented in detail. I explained my situation to Bridgette, Kathy, and finally Terry. They gave me the runaround for days. They had run my Paypal debit card for a mailbox rental for two months unauthorized after I'd already left town for good.When I called in early May to make one last box extension (being month to month and had previously refused auto-renewal as I stood at the counter), I made it crystal clear not to run my card after May. They continued to run it for June and July, long after I'd left town. I couldn't have been more clear about requesting they not run my card after May since I was leaving. I'd explained that I am a FT traveler and mostly off grid for weeks at a time. I do not have a bank account nor a steady mailing address. She "offered" to mail me a check for the refund even though I'd explained repeatedly my situation, that wasn't feasible. ALL I asked is for her to credit back the same card she had used unauthorized for those two additional months. That simple. She was extremely rude, haughty, accusing me of lying and threatening her when I did nothing of the sort. Then she hung up on me. She is a miserable person and I wouldn't give them my business again if my life depended on it. Patronize this business at your own risk and loss!

I have been using the services of A+ Mail and Business center for quite a while now. I have found Terri and her staff not only professional, but extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely will continue to use their services !!

I would not recommend this business. My husband and I opened a PO Box for one month back in October of 2021 in order to have some Amazon and other packages shipped there for pickup as we travelled S to Mexico for the winter. We do not live there or spend any time there except to pass thru on our way to and from Canada. so we got our packages, everyone was very nice, I verbally closed the box and that was that, or so I thought. Turns out they continued to bill that debit card for months, no contact, no e receipt, nothing! So this account is only used by me briefly when we travel in the States, so I don't pay too much attention to the charges....my fault...So I contacted Terry, the manager, and she absolutely refused to refund any money! Took it to the bank and they will only handle disputes for charges previous 90 days...Outrageous conduct for a small business.!

Note: The fact the she was "willing" to refund me via snail mail a check, knowing my situation wouldn't allow for that, she tried to weasel out of doing the right thing but making herself look like she's doing the right thing. Why wouldn't she just credit back the same card? "Policy" or not, she's the manager and has discretion to handle unique situations accordingly. She was extremely rude, haughty, accusing me of lying and threatening her(!), when I did nothing of the sort. I called her out with documented facts and remained calm the entire phone convo. Then she hung up on me. She is a miserable person and I wouldn't give them my business again if my life depended on it. Patronize this business at your own risk and loss! I lost over $50 to a shady business that I needed the funds for fuel and food, as I am on a very tight budget.

I needed to ship out a few packages so I went to the mail center and was greeted with positivity and warmth by the staff! Their service was super quick and easy. This is going to be my new shipping shop!

I use their mailbox service so I can get mail/packages sent while I travel. I had a good experience for the first year, but lately it's been a disaster. In the last few weeks I've had 3 packages that were shipped there and delivered successfully according to tracking #. But they aren't showing up in my online inbox and they claim to have never gotten them. And another 2 packages that did arrive successfully, but now are missing from my online inbox so I'm not able to forward them. Where did those go? That is 5 out of my last 5 packages have an issue. If it was just a 1-time thing I'd think it could be a mixup with the shipment or something. But after having no issues in a year and suddenly having an issue with every single piece of mail/package in the last few weeks all from different senders and with different carriers, I'm seeing the pattern here is with A+ Mail. And that's just the mail/packages I knew were coming and was actively watching for. Who knows what else has slipped through the cracks. I haven't had a notification for new mail come in for a WHILE now, and it used to be a pretty regular thing. It's not a cheap service either - I pay monthly, as well as a fee every time i have something scanned, a fee anytime i pick up packages, and a fee (that is WAY more than what actual shipping charges would be) anytime I have anything forwarded. For what I've paid for this service over the past year or so, I at least expect my packages to be there and accounted for. I have hundreds of dollars worth in missing items that the senders can't replace or refund since the tracking shows it was delivered and the addresses were all correct. Rethinking this whole thing and shopping for a more reliable mailbox service.
